5-10mins walk from town centre, good value basic breakfast, free wifi, lcd tv in room, smiling staff, common areas bright and airy. very soft mattress. no shampoo in shower, thin transparent curtain (turn out the lights if you do not want to be on display at night). Peeling wallpaper in the toilet. |

La proximité de l'hotel par rapport au centre ville est appréciable. Très bon accueil, chambre confortable et décoration soignée. J'aurais préféré une couette au lieu de draps et couverture. |

J'ai apprécié la localisation de l'hôtel, très proche du centre ville, le confort allié à la simplicité, la propreté, le WiFi qui marchait bien et le sourire de l'accueil. Ce n'est pas un hôtel pour séjourner dans la chambre mais il est très pratique pour le reste et permet de se déplacer à pied dans Brest. |

Гостиница расположена удобно, комнаты достаточно большие, однако на двери туалета в номере не было внутреннй ручки, и дверь закрывалась плохо. У нас есть серьезная претензия к администрации! Нам был выдан чек об оплате, но не выдана фактура, которая является отчетным документом при командировке, несмотря на то, что оплата за проживание была нам внесена заранее. Администратор сослался на неисправность принтера и обещал выслать фактуру по электронной почте, но до сих пор (спустя уже 4 дня) этого не сделал. Нам не хотелось бы нести материальные издержки из-за нерасторопности администритора. |

Сам отель и номер понравились, место удобное. Небольшой ремонт не помешает, не удалось получить квитанцию по оплате, которая нужна для отчета по командировке. |

la proximité du centre ville confort spartiate,cabine de douche étroite, et de type "écossaise" (passe du chaud au froid sans qu'on lui demande rien) aucune pression au pommeau de douche... vue sur une cour moche et mal entretenue.. le café du matin à " l'anglaise" : on voit le fond de la tasse tellement il est léger, etc... ne vaut pas les 6.5 euros demandés. |

L'écran plat marchait bien. L'odeur de tabac imprégnée dans les moquettes murales...la salle de bain des années 50 et le matelat du lit complétement pourrie. Au niveau du petit déjeuné, franchement c'est chere pour un croissant une tase de café... |

La déco des parties communes, la musique calme et non envahissante au petit déjeuner, le grand écran tv, la possibilité de récupérer les clés à toute heure. Encore un petit effort pour continuer la rénovation des chambres à l'identique des parties communes et ce sera bien! Pour le moment, les chambres sont viellottes avec un ensemble douche / lavabo très limite. Voisins bruyant la dernière soirée... |
