Clean and friendly with good sized room and good bathroom. Located halfway between the railway station and the sea, it is good value.

a good choice if you have budget constrain. staff are helpful. parking is free from 8pm to 9am on street side. 7-8min walk to beach. bed is very small and a bit too hard.

Have stayed in this hotel several times on account of its good location - accessible to central Nice and the train station.

On this occasion we were given a room which was smaller than usual and with bathroom with no shower curtain

Good location convenient to the beach and promenade, the main train station (Gare de Nice Ville) and place massena. 24 hour reception.

Outdated, uncomfortable, loud room. We stayed in room 501 and it was unbearably hot and muggy overnight despite it being cold outside. There was no soundproofing whatsoever, with neighbours bathroom sounds awaking us in the morning. The shower fitting was loose so the head kept dangerously falling, and the bedding and room in general just felt old and a little dirty. The lift also took an eternity.

Friendly staff, excellent location (in between seafront & railway station), mini supermarket next door, few minutes from tram, restaurants & buses. Has a lift. Good value if you can get for approx €50 per night. We stayed 4 nights. 24hr reception is also a plus.

Hard mattress & very high hard pillows. Room gets stuffy so u need to open window, shower very dark and hand held. All in all still good value & suited our budget. J

* Very good location in Nice . * Local buses and "Velo bleu" (bicycles) stops/stations near by. * Modest , but clean . Good value

* Rooms would be greatly improved by adding a small fridge and a safe-deposit box. * Very basic breakfast . You're better off shopping in small supermarket next door.

Clean. Easily accessible for airportbus 98 , 99 and train. Just 5 - 10 min walk to shoppingstreet, Old town and the sea. Not to much traffic, even we had room facing the street.

Staff were polite, but far from overwhelming serviceminded. Breakfast was OK, but boring menu after 3 days.

Small room for 4 people, looked like a normal double room, with another double bed, and still only one closet. Air condition/heating noisy.

The room was clean,we had a mini balcony it was in a really good location and the price was good especially for the area.

The staff (except one male receptionist) varied from off hand to plain rude.The room was small there was no shower curtain so the bathroom was soaked after a shower,the air con was blowing out hot air (which they said was because it was winter) yet we only had a sheet and a cover on the bed with no duvet! And we could see into the room opposites bathroom which meant you had to check there was no one there before you got in!

Spacious room and bathroom. 5 minutes walk from the main street and 15 minutes from the beach. A supermarket just next door.

I would like larger bath towels. and the hair dryer looked like it hasnt been touched in 10 years...
