The complete "package" was excellent value. A revelation from our last visit some 5 years ago. As regular visitors to Cannes + we greatly appreciate the high standard experienced, especially for the "short stays" Thank you.

    nothing comes to mind........!

Loved being able to walk to the hotel from the station and lots of restaurants in the street which were great particularly the Italian on the first corner and the one adjacent to the hotel was good value. Only a short walk to the beach and Rue Antibes and very good value. Sheets and towels changed daily.

No breakfast which was advertised as being available. No common areas as in living room or lounge.

Was an easy walk to the seafront, which was all wanted as went to see a group at Palais De Festival. Room basic and clean nothing more nothing less.

Difficult to get to when first arriving as in a pedestrian street so unable to park up and unload car. Best to park up in the railway station multistorey and walk.

Right next to the train station. (Across the road) 5mins walk to the beach. Lovely staff. Rooms cleaned every day. Excellent value considering its location.

No free wifi (not the end of the world)

It was a good price and right next to the train station. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. Walkable distance to the beach.

The wifi costs €5/24hr. Our bed was squeaky, but that was more annoying than actually bad.

Only the location is quite close to the train station. Although there are many shops around the hotel, you can find other restaurants in Canne because it is a smLl town.

    - no free wifi. You have to pay 5€ for 24hr internet - no bed sheet!!! My skin was so red and ichy. I saw lots of hair on my bed :( So I used the blanket as the cover and tucked myself in it like a bacon wrap! - For this rate + 5€ for wifi+no breakfast, you can stay in better hotel than this. If you love to stay in 24 August road, there are many selections for you. - The most important thing >>>> the door can not be locked inside! The door has double lock but when turn the door handle from inside, the door is just open anyway. This is very scary for me.

Relatively clean, eventhough some reparations in the bathroom would be necessary. Quiet towards the street/outside but no noise insulation towards the corridor. Hotel easy to find from the train station, close to the seaside (ca 5 min walk)

No breakfast included Generally the atmosphere by the staff was not pleasurable, eventhough they rarely were present. I especially freaked when a staff member I had not met before knew what room my face belonged to. Staff was also unable to answer me basic questions about the city ("where is the next public beach" )

Nice little hotel, good location, next to the train station and 10 minutes away from the beach and Croisette. It's a good place for this money. Rooms clean and well mountain.

I think this place mainly for young people, because you don't want to spend a lot of time in these little rooms. And also hotel doesn't have restaurant, so no breakfast ether.

Small but extremely clean with a very friendly staff. It is literally across the train station GARE so it was convenient to even make trips out of Cannes and back. The location is ideal as it is close to the old city, port and its restaurants. A short walk you are at Blvd de Croisette and its beaches. Of course you are next door to Ave de Antibes where all the shopping is do e

The beds were simple cots with very old and soft mattresses which are not good for those with bad backs or even those with good backs

we arrived and waited outside for 45 mins bc reception was not open. The hotel across the street called several times for us, but no one picked up. My gf and I had to book another hotel room that was awful because we thought we didn't have a place to sleep. When walking out, we finally saw the hotel open and went to complain. They turned the story around on us and said that they never were closed and we were lying. unbelievable!!!!! They wouldn't even refund the night considering we had to book another hotel that night. To make matters worse the next day when we were transferring our stuff from the other hotel to this one, they yelled at our friends for trying to help us ( no guests allowed rule) we had heavy bags and couldn't carry them and our friends were only trying to help. Worst service ever!!

Location, everything I wanted was within walking distance. (Including beach, train station, grocery store, shopping, restaurants, casino etc)

Every morning I felt as though I had to wake up early for the cleaner. This establishment should implement the use of 'do not disturb' cards. WiFi was fairly pricy.

The location of the hotel is really good. It is situated a few metres from the bus and railway station but the street is calm and there is no noise at night. The room is clean and the staff is very friendly.

There are no breakfasts in the hotel. You can buy them additionally.

Perfect location, close to train station and town. With a small balcony which is relaxing. Good value for this luxurious area.

Washroom becomes easily wet (presumably with bad ventilation) and toilet flushing facilities sometimes out of order, room space small but as expected for this value. Wifi needs extra payment (eur5 per day) which is disappointing and inconvenient. Staff is not always in hotel reception but we got code to enter.

The room was very clean and the hotel is just a stone's throw from rue d' Antibes which is the most popular shopping place in Cannes. La croisette, the beachside is about 10 mins walk from the hotel. The hotel is right in front of the gare scnf.

    No free wifi
