The staff were very courteous and helpful. The area is a colorful blend of different types of people. Fine range of restaurants and boulangeries. Very close to the Metro too.

It's a no-frills hotel. Small room with small bathroom. Sound insulation is not good as I could hear a lot of noise from the adjacent rooms. The wifi was not free (10 euros for 3 days).

The location near to the Gare de 'EST!! Easy Peasy!

Well located, next to a metro station. Nice neighbourhood. Simple room.

Wifi is not free. Too expensive room for what it is (breakfast not included). We could not take a shower at night because it was cold! There is no hanger for the shower so you need to hold it all the time.

A very little cozy hotel. Convenient in transportation, just 2 min' walk from metro station. Plenty of coffee shops nearby. Staff was very welcoming though we were arrived very late and gave us very patient advice on how to take metro for paris sightseeing.

You can't imagine how smal the elevator is until you really experienced it! I was slim enough, yet it still can only hold me and my luggage.

The staff very kind and the room clean and with all the facilities. Excellent price for Paris center.

As I already wrote on the beginning of your interview, location in the city is good, closed to the one of the bigest trafic point Place Republic, also closed to the Gard du Norde...

My room was just next door to the hotel`s entrance and hotel`s desk...the employers were very noisily all days and nights!

It's a good, little hotel. It was exactly what I needed: a place to rest, shower, sleep. Internet worked well. It was quiet, but close to streets that have shops and activities. Was able to walk everywhere I went from the hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and I got along alright without knowing any French whatsoever.

Very small bathroom. Room wasn't ready when they said it was. I checked in early, but they still told me my room was ready- it wasn't.

Little Hotel was a really nice surprise. Having read the reviews we were slightly worried as we were a group of 10 travelling with 1 child but we had nothing to worry about. Location - great base to stay in Paris! 10-15 min walk to Gare De L'est / Gare Du Nord. There is also a Metro station on your doorstep called Jacques Bonsergent which is fantastic if you want to get somewhere very quickly. You can also jump on the L'Tour Bus which takes you to all the attractions around Paris - a fantastic way of sightseeing. You can board this bus near Gare Du L'est Station. You can also purchase the tickets on the bus. There is also a Lebanese restaurant opposite the hotel which we never managed to get to but looked really good and prices were very good. Lots of bakeries and restaurants near by. Price / Value /Rooms - for a 2* hotel, we paid 200 Euros for 2 nights/3 days for a double room and 260 Euros for a Triple room and our rooms were clean, our towels were changed daily, shower was great and room was spacious. It did get very hot in the morning though (but that could bejust my room). The lift was the smallest I have ever seen and we had some great giggles getting in. It can just about fit 1 person and a piece luggage. There are 5 floors to the hotel and most of my party were on the 3rd floor which wasn't too bad to walk up to on the winding stairs but I was on the 5th floor so the lift was greatly appreciated! There are no major thrills in the room, but basic and comfortable. We had sausage pillows which were different but managed to get a good night sleep. We also had a hair dryer in the bathroom which was a nice surprise. Staff - very helpful and informative. Gave us maps and marked all the major attractions. They were extremely helpful and patient when we tried to book cabs for a restaurant we had booked but were running late.

Lift was far too small but it was very entertaining.

I arrived at the hotel after 2:00 pm but the room was not ready and I was asked to wait for 1 hour more. Room was too small.

It was in very nice place close to Metro stoppage and in front Lebanese restaurant was more convenient. Except the elevator it was comfortable hotel.

1. WiFi system was not free. 2. Elevator to small that 2 persons can not accommodate properly, so tinny. 3. Pillow, it was very narrow for us for sleeping but I did not ask them to change.

Good location (Gare du Nord, metro, shops).

Sorry, not much. The location was ok, close to Metro station & you can get on the hop on hop off bus nearby. Oh & the shower had good pressure, but it was moldy.

Rude staff - we arrived an hour past check in time & had to wait for another 2 hours for our room to be ready, no apology or acknowledgement. We then noticed the room that we were told was ours, was cleaned & they still didn't care & just left us sitting there. The night staff were nice - only once we clarified that we're from Australia & not Brittish (I think the 2 rude men were actually the owners or managers). The pillows were not non existent. Although the location was central to transport it seemed to be the centre for the Parisian homeless.

A great location, right next to many metro stops. The staff is very friendly, the street is relatively quiet even though it's next to Boulevard Magenta, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. I highly recommend!!!

Everything was very simple. It was clean and comfortable with a good en-suite bathroom. The staff were relaxed and friendly and the Lebanese restaurant opposite is worthwhile. Add to this handy local groceries and bouloungeries, and the closeness to Jaques Bonseargent metro and you have all you need for a few days break. Get your food and drinks locally before you head into the tourist areas and you will save a lot of money. It is also only two stops from the Gare du Nord.

The location was very good: two minutes from a station on the orange line, the same where the Gare du Nord and Gare du L'est are, and it's just two stations from the Gare du Nord.

They are understaffed, so at times you have to wait for 10 minutes to talk to the receptionist and get what you need. Another thing is they don't have a computer for guests. They do have wi-fi that costs 5 euros per day.

Proximity to shops and public transport... good value for money.

Hotel con rapporto qualità prezzo molto buono,essenziale ma al tempo stesso vicino alla metro da cui si raggiungono tutte le linee quindi veramente comodo.

Niente da dire perché a questo prezzo non ci si può lamentare,hotel era pulito e lo staff molto cordiale

- Asciugamani puliti tutti I giorni - sapone e shampoo sempre sostituiti - la colazione era da parte pero' è stata davvero soddisfacente - staff disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta - stanze insonorizzate - vicinissima alla metro di Jaque Bonsergent (o République facendosela un po' a piedi)

- L'ascensore è veramente intimo - la wi-fi si paga, e non poco - niente frigobar in stanza - la stanza era stata pitturata da poco, quindi puzzava di pittura quando siamo arrivati. Forse aprendo un po' le finestre durante i giorni precedenti si poteva risolvere. - al ritorno avevamo chiesto all'albergatore di chiamarci un taxi ad un orario, e lo ha chiamato con mezz'ora di anticipo, facendoci pagare 20 euro in più
