The staff at the reception desk were very helpful, they spoke English Our room was very small and had a musty smell, and there were small children nexy door making noise. The bed was not comfortable. We asked to change rooms but the staff said that the hotel was fully booked. The TV did not have any English channels. |

its in near the center of niza old installations, also in the reception, they said to pay the room before going in. in the night there was prostitution in the area very near to the hotel |

Locarno is a perfectly adequate mid range hotel ideally situated on bus routes to and from the airport and main railway station and thus a good base for exploring the Cote D'Azur. As a plus it is only 3 minutes walk from the Promenade des Anglais |

It's really close to the beach and bus station. Good for the value. We can't leave our luggage there after check out.. It's pretty annoying & we have to keep it in the train station, about 15 minutes walk. Also, the staff didn't seems very friendly & helpful. Thus we have to walk to the tourist info centre for further information. Luckily it wasn't too far away from the hotel. |

Staff is very friendly, location of hotel is very good, close to city centre and the beach. Great value for money. Rooms are small, specially the bathroom. No shower curtain, water in bathroom very hot, the hot/cold control didn't work. |

Bus 23 from the airport stopped oppositie the hotel. Hotel was near the beach. Room looked over the road so traffic noise could be heard. Decor and furnishing in room was old-fashioned and could do with modernisation. |

It was a good location and the staff was reasonably friendly. The hotel is not well maintained. The bathroom lock did not work. The TV channels were few local ones and no cable or english tv. The bed was soft. The hallways were dark most of the time and lighted only when someone got off the elevator. There were prostitutes in front of the hotel and presumably use the hotel when with clients. |
