La situación en París es excelente. Es muy bonito y decorado con muy buen gusto. Los desaunos muy buenos y el personal amable..

Faltan enchufes en el baño y el interruptor general de la habitación tendría que estar comutado con uno junto a la cabecera de la cama.

La localización del hotel y la atención del personal

Lo que no me ha gustado es que solicité una habitación el la que se iban a alojar dos niños, uno de 15 años y otro de 9, y me han dado una habitación con una sola cama. De todos modos pienso que este problema no es del hotel, si no de su página web que no facilita esta información y no permite seleccionar el tipo de habitación (cama matrimonio, cama individual, dos camas)

no hay ascensor hasta la habitación , debes subirte las maletas, en mi caso 2 pisos. La habitación 33 es tan pequeña , que no puedes abrir la maleta, no hay espacio para que 2 personas puedan trabajar en la habitación. Es un poco agobiante de tan pequeña, la cama es también muy pequeña, para dos personas adultas grandes o altas.

Excellent area for shopping, restaurants etc. Very relaxed and cosy hotel, lovely room, smart without being stuffy. Ideal for a grown-up weekend in Paris. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice idea to have honesty bar/coffee/tea facilities in lounge after tiring shopping trips.

Whilst cosy and welcoming, there wasn't a mirror in the bedroom and it was too dark to do make-up etc. Tricky leaning over the basin to do this.

Great Service, great location, good beds, attractive & quiet rooms.

My room--standard double--was tiny. Only slightly smaller than average for Paris, but this is not a budget hotel.

Small (it goes without saying, n'est-ce pas?) but quiet, comfortable, nicely appointed and quite pleasant room. I enjoyed the elegant touches, from little chocolates to high-end bathroom amenities. Fabulous location right in the heart of the 6th arr.

No view, but then, that also meant no noise, which was nice at night. Truly tiny lift. FYI, the nearest metro station (Odeon) is currently closed for repair, though that does provide an excuse for a slightly longer walk around the lovely quartier ...

The hotel was extremely small, could bare fit 1 person in the lift with a very small hand luggage. The corridors were steep and the hotel wasn't going to all the floors. The facilities available were definitely not of a 4 star hotel. I don't thing I got value for money. This is more of a 3 star hotel.

I loved the design of the lounge spaces in particular - very boutique like and very attractive. The location was absolutely brilliant and thought the rooms were always immacutely kept clean.

I was surprised at the size, in terms of how small, the bedroom was. The shower was tiny too and I was always bumping the glass doors. However I would say the think I liked the least was the fact you could hear the water loudly running through the pipes anytime another room flushed or had a shower. Lastly if you had a lot of luggage or climbing stairs was difficult this may not be an ideal location, as the lifts start on the second level.

I've been to Paris many times and stayed in many hotels over the last 38 years and, except for two other visits -- when I was 17 and staying in a youth hostel across the street from the Jardin du Luxembourg and once staying at the Crillon -- the Odeon Saint Germain has the best location of any hotel I've stayed in Paris. Better location than the Crillon, actually, since I far prefer staying on the Left Bank. The staff was helpful and nice, especially the charming young Mathieu at the front desk and the kind man who serviced the delicious and filling breakfast buffet. I liked the fact they have a computer and internet in the lobby and the large and comfortable bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet, so I slept well.

The bedroom area of the room was really small for the price I paid. I did get used to it after a day or so but I really would have liked more room to spread out -- I'm 6'4" so this is an issue.
