The bed-- it was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in! The room with the bathtub was also new and very nice. The overall layout of the room was good (and very baby friendly)

There was literally zero sound-proofing, we could hear everything from the people above us, the steps, the people across the hall-- even the scraping of the pans from the kitchen at the end of dinner. Breakfast was terrible-- a total rip-off and not well laid out. On balance, we would probably stay here again, but not necessarily.

The room was very small and the bed/mattress needs to be replaced

We were only there for one night before catching the St. Malo ferry, so we didn't use many of the facilities. However the staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and attractive, and the location was good with a sea view from the lounge area. There was a convenient family room available for our son, daughter-in-law and two young children.

Short walk to town centre. Good beachfront location.

Difficult to get to top floor with heavy suitcases. Poor room sound insulation.

Great location direct at the promenade 15 min by foot to the Intra Muros; few rooms with terrace and seaview; charming design in old style; private parking !

Seuls le petit déjeuner et la situation géographique de l'hôtel correspondaient à un classement 3 étoiles.

Un accueil très froid à l'arrivée...aucun mot de bienvenue échangé. J'avais réservé 2 mois à l'avance une chambre vue mer. Finalement nous nous sommes retrouvés dans une chambre avec vue sur le parking! Chambre très petite, mobilier plus que vieillot, télévision ne permettant de ne voir qu'une seule chaîne, décoration à l'avenant...La porte de la salle de bains, une fois fermée, ne se rouvrait qu'en frappant sur le linteau...un comble pour un hôtel 3 étoiles aux soit-disant prestations de qualité! Quant à la literie, n'en parlons pas: creusé en son centre, nous avons dû dormir chacun au bord du lit...séjour catastrophique!

L'accueil chaleureux, le cote intimiste de l'hotel, la vue merveilleuse sur la cote d'emeraude et le calme de cet endroit.

Nous voulions une chambre avec balcon, c'était très important pour nous car nous connaissions déjà l'hotel et savions que les chambres du 2e etage ont des toutes petites fenetres qui n'ouvrent qu'à moitié. Le balcon était mentionné sur le site de booking.com, mais en fait le prix était celui d'une chambre sans balcon. cela nous a gaché la moitié du plaisir.
