Very friendly & helpful staff, out of town but a really good location. Good walking distance to everything. Wifi Internet is border-line unusable. Little bit loud vis-a-vis neighbouring rooms. Small bathroom, I kept banging my head on the towel rack when I needed to expel. Don't get me wrong, its a very nice place though. |

We had a room with a balcony facing the Rhone and this was a very good value as it gave us extra liveable space. The breakfast was an extra charge but very good and a good value. We had an English news channel on television so were able to stay abreast of events. One staff person spoke English. If your goal is to spend time in the old city, this is not a great location. We toured southern France and this has a great location for that. The room on the opposite side are very small and might be noisy. |

We were checked-in by a partner in the hotel, who did an excellent job of showing us where to park the car. View of the Palais de Pape - excellent. Nice taste with local beverages available in your mini-bar to take up on the terrace to enjy with this view. Small, but generally a good value for the money. |

great little hotel, quiet area, parking facilities, clean and comfortable. I read on some reviews that people comolained that it was too far from Avignon I didn't find this a problem it was an easy 15 minute walk over the river, if you are arriving by car this is a much better option then staying within the walled town of Avignon where I doubt they would have parking (very small laneways, would be difficult to navigate in a car) No tea or coffee in the room but I think this is normal for France (I've stayed in 8 hotels so far on my holiday and only 2 have had tea and coffee in the room). |

Location It took us 10 hours and very heated conversation (receptionist kept switching to French at her convenience even though she spoke decent English) to get an extra pillow |

Very quiet surrounding with minimum traffic noises. Bedding are clean and basic. Quite far away from Avignon old town centre. Facilities for hot drink eg. kettle, tea or coffee and cup, are not available inside the room. Require strong hand to handle the lugguage to room as no elevator installed. |

Room (clean, design, facilities), view to the river, free wi-fi, free parking. A bit outside city center (you have to cross the bridge), so car necessary, but no big problem. |

Not really, quite disappointed. From the picture it looks pretty modern, but actually it is quite old hote. Too old, air condition was loud, we booked the hotel without breakfast, but later we had to pay for breakfast even we didnt have breakfast, which makes the value for money even poor and makes us upset. |

Modest, but strikingly designed contemporary, clean and well-managed, just across the river from the old center of Avignon. Competent, friendly staff and an exceptionally good breakfast. |

The staff was wonderful and friendly. Because of our schedule we arrived at 9:30am, long before normal check-in times. Of course our room was not ready. However, they stored our luggage and gave us directions. I would definitely stay here again. Even though the hotel is not located in Avignon center, it is a great location. The hotel is a bit of a walk from Avignon center, however, it is in a safe area of the town across the river and definitely within walking distance from all the sites in Avignon. My only real complaint was the taxi service that the hotel calls if you ask. We used the taxi twice. Once to go to the Cathedral because it was pouring rain. The taxi driver did not know the location of the... |

Cube is a funky hotel with good parking. Rhone side rooms have a nice view of the Avignon Papal Palace and Rhone River. Breakfast on the roof terrace overlooking Avignon is a real treat. Hosts recommended the nearby La Guingette restaurant which has great food and a nice setting along the Rhone. Rooms are small. Avoid rooms on the side that faces the noisy railway track. Rhone side rooms have some traffic noise, but sound insulation is good. |
