Friendliness of staff. We arrived after 22.00 and when we requested hot water to make ourselves a cup of copy we were offered tea and coffee free of charge. During our stay the personnel have been most helpgful and tried their best to assist us in English. The distance from Chamonix. The hotel is in a beautiful area with a splendid view of Mt Blanc but we wasted many hours waiting for buses and trains that run irregularly between the hotel and Chamonix station. Taxifare from the station was very expensive and taxis are also not frequent. When we arrived at the station after 21.00 hours we had to wait more than an hour for a taxi outside. |

comfortable and very spacious room, very good breakfast buffet, very good restaurant for dinner, very friendly staff with very good english, WiFi for free if advertising is accepted WiFi worked fine exept sending of email via Outlook wich did not work. Alternative: office de tourisme in Chamonix offers free WiFi with good access from outside |

Die Unkompliziertheit beim CheckInn und CheckOut. Die freundlichen Mitarbeiter, das Bergpanorama, welches man vom Zimmer aus sieht. Es gibt keinen Gästeaufzug. |

フランスなせいか、朝食のクロワッサンはおいしかった。シャモニーが見れる食堂での食事は良かったです。 アメニティーが揃っていないので、石鹸などは持参しなければなりません。また、バスタブ付で予約したのですが、バスタブのない部屋でした。インターネットの接続はフリーでしたが、つながりにくかったです。 |

Sehr schönes Jahrhundertwendegebäude mit viel Charme, gemütliche Einrichtung mit Kaminlounge, Fernseh- und Billiardezimmer. Wunderschöner Blick auf Aguille de Midi. Das Restaurant im Haus scheint ganz gut zu sein (nur einmal dort Käsefondue gegessen). Servicepersonal freundlich, aber nicht besonders aufmerksam. Frühstück ausreichend, aber keine Abwechslung, auch nicht an Ostersonntag! |
