The staff helped us locate a medical lab., in a nearby town, where a routine blood test could be made. The evening meal in their restaurant was outstanding. |

The beautiful view over the lake. The friendliness of the proprietor and staff; we were at ease all the time we were there. The one dinner that we had was excellent for such a small establishment. And of course Tufu the resident hotel dog! Our room was a little small, although the "conservatory" and balcony beyond were lovely. |

Proximité immédiate annecy centre et lac à ce prix là à proximité d'annecy, pas d'exigences particulières :)... l'hotel n'est pas tout jeune, ça se voit. Mais bon accueil, bon service, belle situtation par rapport au lac, fait un peu oublier la départementale qui passe devant. |

La vue sur le lac d'Annecy, le cadre agréable et dépaysant, la propreté. Les gens bruyants le matin dans le couloir, les escaliers très raides à monter pour rejoindre la chambre, le manque de choix pour le petit déjeuner (il est servi de 8h à 10h et à 9h15 il n'y a déjà plus grand chose). |

la situation de l'hotel devant le lac, le balcon avec la vue. 1. l'accueil. La dame nous a reproché d'avoir réservé avec booking.com car cela lui coûtait 20% du montant de la chambre... Libre à elle de ne pas travailler avec ce site ! 2. L'hôtel est mal insonorisé. 3. Le lit est de mauvaise qualité... |
