The food in the restaurant was absolutely fantastic - some of the best we have had in France! The location was beautiful and the views were superb. The reception staff were charming and helpful. Extremely good value for money. Plumbing left a little to be desired! And our room had no proper shower, just a bath and handheld shower. The rooms are a little basic and in need of a makeover, but then the hotel would probably be a lot more expensive.

The restaurant was about the only redeeming feature of the place. As someone else said, it wasn't cheap, but the food was excellent, the decor very pleasant and the staff helpful and attentive. We were greeted on reception by the comment "Oh, one of the small rooms" - which indeed, it turned out to be. If one of us stood up, the other had to sit on the bed. There was no where to put our bags, except in the doorway. TV reception was poor, internet availability varied from non-existent to intermittent. Despite being on the 2nd floor at the back of the hotel, the noise from the main road at the front never stopped all night and kept us awake. The room was up several small flights of stairs, no lift and the lights on the stairs and landings didn't work, so after dinner we groped our way to our room in the dark. We did not have breakfast, but they tried to charge us for it. I would not stay here again.

Pas grand chose et pour ainsi dire rien Chambre en cours de travaux non fini manque d’hygiène service petit déjeuner ôté avant que nous ayons fini bruyant, on entend bien les voisins trop prés de la route et comme il n'y a pas de clim, l'été dormir les fenêtres ouvertes c'est impossible

Excellent emplacement avec vue sur lac. Stationnement gratuit et facile à proximité de l'hôtel. Très bon accueil. Le restaurant de l'hôtel (logis de France) est une très, très belle table: félicitations au chef et à son équipe. Petit-déjeuner ok. Bref, une adresse très sympathique.

Nous n'y avons séjourné qu'une nuit pour éviter un aller-retour entre samedi soir et dimanche matin nous y avions déjà séjourné avant la restructuration pour une soirée St Valentin il y a quelques années, et nous y avons mangé un midi en janvier 2012 ; cadre agréable bonne cuisine calme proximité d'Annecy Rien en particulier il pleuvait ce week-end nous n'avons pu apprécier la vue sur le lac

Le dîner du réveillon de nouvel an était correct et le personnel de salle était efficace Une catastrophe au niveau de l'accueil , de l'état de l'hôtel en général des salles de bain et des chambres, plus rien à voir avec ce qu'il était et comme nous l'avions connu il y a 4 ans lorsqu'il s'appelait la chaumière, mérite à peine une étoile !

La vue sur le lac d'Annecy depuis la chambre. Le restaurant : redécoré récemment, moderne et sobre, donnant sur une terrasse agréable sous les arbres, et sa cuisine régionale (poissons du lac, plats régionaux) de belle qualité.

Het diner is fantastich, goede keuzes en perfecte bereiding en uitstekende presentatie. Kwaliteit/prijsverhouding is erg positief. Kamers zijn gedateerd en geen airco waardoor het raam veel verkeersgeluiden toelaat tijdens de nacht. Veel verkeer in de nacht langs het hotel. Waardoor kwaliteit/prijsverhouding hier niet positief is.
