The hotel was easy to find fom direction, clean and welcoming. The children loved the pool and the food portions were good and tasty.. Information/menus were also in English. A good stop over. |

Ns avons apprécié le calme. Le manque d'amabilité et de prévenance.... L'attente au restaurant... Malgré une potentialité existante dans la salle de bains, celle-ci manque d'un confort minimun, à savoir : portes manteaux ? de quoi poser sa trousse de toilette... Au sol peut-être ? Miroir de courtoisie existant, mais pour des Dames de minimun 1,85 m !!! par ailleurs, l'on ne se sent point seul... Les araignées sont présentes !... |

la pulizia, la piscina la tranuillità il fatto che hanno accetteto il mio cane il ristorate alla sera era chiuso e ho dovuto spostarmi con l'auto.Alla reception non parlano una parola di italiano e per un hotel mi sembra eccessivo, hanno fatto pagare il cagnolino di 2,8 kg(molto piccolo) € 5,00 cosa che non mi era mai capitata. |

J'ai particulièrement apprécié l'accueil : la disponibilité, la serviabilité des personnes responsables. La prise de la commande du dîner : trop long. Il est très désagréable de voir les VRP arriver après nous et être servis avant. |

1/ libération des chambres demandée à 11 h 00 et pas midi comme usuellement => la femme de ménage qui vient frapper à la porte (violemment) toutes les 10 mn pour s'assurer qu'on est réveillé ! 2/ calme vis à vis de l'extérieur mais mauvaise insonorisation interne... en même temps, grâce à la femme de ménage, on est préservé de la tentation de la grasse matinée ! |
