ロジ ラ レジデンス デュ ベリー (Hôtel la Residence Du Berry)  

駅からはさほど離れておらず、それでいて他の駅近のホテルよりもロケーションが静か、と言えるくらいの距離- にあります。寒い日でしたが、午前中から部屋は暖かく、快適でした。

カギの空け方がちょっと変わっていると思いました。つまり、どちらかの方向に１回転させたあと、さらに同じ- 方向に９０度くらいひねりつつ、ドアノブを回す、という作業が必要で、カギを回し終わったままの状態ではド- アノブはいくらやっても回りませんでした。何度か試してわからないのでもう一度フロントに尋ねました。フラ- ンスでは良くある形なのかも知れませんが、最初には説明がないようなのでちょっと困ることがあるかも知れま- せん。

It is on the quiet side of Versailles, and close to good restaurants and the Chateau. Rooms are small but adequate, and price was value for money.

Beware. When they tell you the TOTAL cost of the room, they are not being truthful. The breakfast cost mentioned later on is not included in that TOTAL, but is an additional $14 or so Euro and it is mandatory that you pay it, even if you don't want it.

The service from the hotel staff was excellent. They went above hand beyond to insure our stay in Versaille and our day trip to Paris was a breeze to accomplish. The breakfast is nice but on the expensive side. The room small but comfortable and the location perfect to both the Palace and the trains to Paris.

Well situated for the Chateau. Excellent staff. We had a smallish room but well equipped. Staff readily loaned us a kettle for our cuppa tea

The staff was outstanding. The location was great. It was in walking distant of everything.

Very friendly and helpful staff

We loved our stay at the Logis La Residence Du Berry. It was very close to the palace and gardens in Versaille. We could walk to everything which made it very convenient. The rooms were lovely and the hotel itself is a small boutique hotel that was well appointed. The breakfast area was delightful, and the breakfast was terrific. There was also a cozy bar, a billiard room, and a small closet which housed the computer which we could use at any time. The staff was super and spoke English. We area able to get directions to our next place as well as recommendations for a nice place for lunch out of the area. All in all I highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again when visiting Versailles. Jodie Johnson

We had to park on the street, although the parking garage for the Cathedral was very close. Luckily we got a spot near the hotel and there was no parking charge on the street on Sun.

Great location - walking distance to Versailles. Pleasant staff - very helpful.

It was convenient for our visit to Versaille and it's breakfast was good.

It was difficult when unloading our luggage on the busy road outside and then getting a space in the local car park. The room was noisy on the first night as the neighbours were out and up chatting until 1.00am and we could hear everything they did - including showering and using the toilet.

Soundproofing in the rooms is extremely poor. Tub/shower is very dangerous getting in/out.
