Good location and good facilities. Very helpful and courteous staff. Badly designed shower cabin results in wet floor all over the bathroom. |

We were very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. We stayed in an apartment that appeared to be brand new. It was large and comfortable and had a nice view of the lake and mountains. The facilities for families were quite good. The outdoor pool was very nice with the tiki bar right next to it. It could use a little cleaning, but it was not a real problem. The indoor pool is brand new and nice. The playground is small but fun for the little ones. You can also play tennis, volleyball, bolle, table tennis, and more. My kids loved this place. The restaurant was very, very slow and the food was nothing special. We opted to cook after trying the restaurant once. Breakfast is alright but also nothing special. |

The immediately surrounding area is wonderful! Scenery magnificent. As for the hotel itself, it was adequate. I have to admit that for c. 95 Euros per night, we were expecting something better. Our room was in the attic with the last few stairs being very narrow and steep. Not good at our age (63). Whole place looked "jaded": ready for new carpetting and decoration. No communal indoor area when weather bad outside (apart from dining room) where one might sit comfortably and only one easy chair in double room. Shower (in bath) virtually unusable as no curtain nor glass panel and, as shower fixed over bath on the LONG wall, water went everywhere! Inadequate pillows. |

Nice situated, close to the lake. We had an old smelly room in a very very old building/farm. Also nice appartments available, however not free during our stay. Food in de restaurant was horrible. |

This was a great find. Just 1km up from lake Annecy. The staff were friendly, the food was nice and the facilities were excellent. It's only 10km from Giez golf club, it has tennis, a swimming pool, squash and a gym on site. Lunch at the pool side grill was very nice and reasonably priced. |

We were pleasantly surprised by hte quality of the rooms. The rooms were recently renovated, clean and big and had all the required facilities we required. The staff was extremely helpful and went out of their way to assist us in our endeavors. We came for a skiing vacation and found the hotel a bit far from the main Ski sites, but situated near in the lake. |

Sejour appartement style chalet montagne totalement neuf, tout confort et commodités, vue sur lac et montagne, calme total, parking souterrain sécurisé, nombreuses possibilités détente, piscine couverte, spa,etc.. + randos montagne.Que du bonheur! J'y retournerai au printemps! Rien, sinon à améliorer l'éclairage des chemins inter-chalets le soir pour rentrer du restaurant. Un détail! |

Lage und Einrichtungen sind prima, speziel für Familien mit Kindern sehr empfehlenswert. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Unser nächstes Mal in Annecy, zweifellos wieder im Les Chataigniers. Internetzugang (heute leider nicht mehr Luxus sondern Notwendigkeit) nur im Esssahl möglich. |

Het hotel heeft ook appartementen en daarvan hadden wij er een in gebouw D(22) op de 2e etage met een prachtig vergezicht op het meer van Annecy en de bergen. Ons appartement was erg ruim en goed ingericht. |

Het is rustig gelegen, in de buurt maar niet rechtstreeks aan het meer waar toch wel een drukke weg rond ligt. Er zijn voldoende ontspanningsmogelijkheden, ook voor kinderen en je hebt er een mooi uitzicht op de bergen. Wij hebben gelukkig kunnen kiezen voor de kamers in de nieuwe gebouwen want de kamers in de oude gebouwen zijn echt verouderd, minimaal comfort, zeer oud interieur en zeker geen 2 sterren meer waard. |

L'hotel se trouve dans une belle campagne entourée de montagnes à quelques Km du lac d'Annecy Malheureusement pendant tout notre sejour nous avons du laisser ouverte jour et nuit la fenetre de notre chambre cause mauvaise odeur dela moquette vieuille et sale. Le corps central de l'hotel où se trouvent les chambres à vite besoin d'etre renouvé pour une meilleure hygiene |
