L'accueil excellent et très sympathique. Les chambres refaites à neuf sont très confortables et tout à fait adaptée aux attentes des clients. La carte du restaurant est variée. On y mange vraiment très bien. Un parking gratuit juste à côté de l'hôtel ce qui est agréable dans une ville où beaucoup de parking sont payants.

à proximité du crdp, facile à trouver, présence d'un parking, accès à internet Attitude un peu intrusive des gérants de l'hôtel; absence de Canal Plus (la plupart des hôtels y sont abonnés) ; prix élevé: dans un" étap hôtel" on dispose du même confort pour presque la moitié du prix; mélange chambre rénovée mais couverture bien usée, absence de chauffage en ce mois d'octobre; bruit du boulevard...

L'accueil du personnel,le calme du secteur, la propreté des chambres et du restaurant.Le petit déjeuner continental très copieux et la cuisine excellente du restaurant. Le manque d'équipements annexes de la chambre(poubelle de la salle de bains peu pratique et trop légère,serviettes de toilettes pas assez grandes,vasque de lavabo pas pratique.

Au premier abord le cadre alentour n'est pas des plus top.Mais passé la porte,l'accueil est tellement sympathique que l'on oublie l'extérieur.Le confort des chambres est très bien et le petit déjeuner aussi.A Recommander au familles et autres.

Cet hôtel est bien situé et bien arrangé.Les chambres sont agréables et bien décorées ainsi que confortables.La propreté des sols laissaient un peu à désirer. La pizza que j'y ai mangé qui était trop grasse et épaisse.

Hôtel situé à 5 km du centre du vieil Annecy. Super accueil. Pas de rideau de douche ! Il faut s'agenouiller dans la baignoire, sinon vous inondez la salle de bain
