Score from 134 reviews Very good
Comfortable room, parking, great views easy access to old town. Great value breakfast!
Reception did not speak English and not forthcoming with information. No maps provided.
View, restaurant, terrace, staff, village.
Stairs from the car park to the rooms
Good location for travelling to the village and chateau. Excellent view of Rocamadour.
Unhelpful restaurant manager. We requested a restaurant table with a view, but were advised reservations were not possible ,because of pressure. On return 1 hour before the restaurant closed, we asked for a vacant table with a view, but were refused because it was reserved already. A little contradictory somewhere.n'est pas?
very nice and relaxed atmosphere, brilliant rooms, clean and neat. Good breakfast and fantastic touch- the local speciality: wee walnut cake at the breakfast! fantastic views , easy parking. very helpful stuff despite language barrier. fixed our light right away no fuss no problems. Definitely will go back again and would suggest to others.
Is not a complain just the menu in the restaurant was not exactly our taste. Though the duck was SUPERB!! and thanks for not making us feel awkward about not ordering starters!
Location. Parking Easy to find Restaurant with view of Rocamadour Good service in restaurant
Too many flies in breakfast room Lack of air conditioning
The location was superb and the staff were very helpful.
The room was small, needed decorating and lacked fairly basic facilities such as fridge (essential in high temperatures) or hairdryer. The food although of reasonable quality was served luke warm at best and served on cold plates. Overall disappointing !
The wonderful view, we had a room facing the old city and ate out evening meal watching the sun set and the lights come on, then breakfast with a brilliant view to the hot air balloons all going up and floating away. It was the weekend of a balloon festival which is the reason we booked, certainly worth it,and a very good breakfast too!
The room was hot in the evening late September which was fine but as other visitors have said would be too hot in the Summer as no air con.
The room does not have AC which is OK for September because you can keep the window open. But constant beep from something like alarm in the restaurant is loud and bothering during full night. Not for the sensitive sleepers.
The location overlooking Rocamadour. Free car parking. Friendly staff. Excellent restaurant. Availability of swimming pool.
Thank heavens for the parking lot. No hair dryer in the room, but the desk provided a very good one that I kept for our stay.
Restaurant was popular and food was good and pretty good value. Only a 10 minute walk to the medieval city, though it looks far away, fantastic base to explore Rocamadour.
Rooms were very stuffy as no fan or air con, so had to sleep with window open and therefore quite noisy.
+ What did you like? Site/ views High quality food Good customer service - friendly, helpful staff Plenty of free parking
Liked location. Room small clean, bathroom clean had all we needed. Restaurant was excellent. Great wifi.
Would have liked a slightly bigger room but was not expensive
The amazing view of Rocamadour across the valley (from our room as well as the restaurant and terrace. The food was excellent too and the staff were very pleasant and friendly.
Easy parking, easy access to Rocamadour, excellent restaurant with open view over the valley and old town. Lovely staff, good food and price.
Suberb view of Rocamadour from city view room. Attractive comfortable room. Large car park.
Hotel is in an excellent position to have great views down the valley. Friendly staff and breakfast was fresh. It is close to the path to walk back from experiencing the pilgrims path going down from the chateau into the town to see the shrines and then back up to the hotel.
The view from our lower level room was terrific. The short walk a few blocks away to the swimming pool was fine. Breakfast was excellent with (again) a super view of Rocamadour. Only one problem would keep me from recommending this hotel...
No air conditioner nor fan. We stayed on a warm evening and a fan or air conditioner would have been welcome!
Food (restaurant) free wifi free parking swimming pool view cleanliness staff
Staff not proactive swimming pool is a 5mins walk away entrance and exit to the parking is not ideal noise broken shower water mixer
Flies. Pool was not on site.
Views from terrace, friendliness of staff, clean comfortable rooms, very relaxed atmosphere.
Value for money and location.
Location and terrasse view. Friendly staff.
No fan in the room. Outside door missing a reminder sign asking people to not let the door slam. It was really noisy as we were right by it. Also the pool was at the other end of the village.
Great view; onsite free parking; very helpful staff; very good restaurant (with a view, too!)
The room decor is dated.
