The Breakfast

The lift did not work - although staff helped carry 2 heavy suit cases up 3 flights of stairs. No free shuttle service to and from airport. We paid 34 euros taxi to the hotel from Charles de Gualle airport. Also 15 euros to the train station. Which meant an extra cost for one night stay of 49 euros making our overnight stay nearly double the cost!

The closeness to Charles de Gaulle airport. Comfortable, clean room.

Main complaint: please put "anti slip something" in the bathtub. Being 60 years old, I was afraid to slip in the tub when my feet got wet and soapy. Wifi: Since we all need computers for work, it would be good with a better working wifi.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was good as a 2 star and was up to our expectations. Would recommend and would stay here again. Would choose this hotel because of it's great staff.

Food was just O.K. not great. Shower hose in our room was broken and needed updating.

Higher speed of internet, it wasn't possible to work with it from my room

It was sort of close to the airport, and the parking lot felt fairly secure with a high fence and gate. There was a bathroom with a shower and tub in our room and the water stayed hot for a long time and the soap was nice. The room we requested was non-smoking and the room we got did not smell like smoke. The window opened widely which was nice for fresh air but a bit loud due to occasional highway and airplane noise. The wifi worked well once I got the password from the non-English speaking night time desk guy.

It was more or less what we expected--cheap, kinda dingy, kinda dirty, bad pillows, dirty hallway, a hair in our sheets, etc... It got the job done though and it was great to have a bathroom in our room instead of outside it.

Insonorisation , proximité de l'aéroport de Roissy Charles de Gaulle mais aussi passage voitures! Un effort pourrait ètre fait de ce cas de figure ! un hotel bb à coté de celui ci ,que je fréquente aussi ,a de meilleures conditions d'insonorisation ! premier passage dans cet établissement mais la nuit fut courte ! ma réponse suivante confirmera ma prochaine décision de ce fait !

Lokatie is een grauw industrieterrein op behoorlijke afstand van het station. 'S avonds is het industrieterrein verlaten een maakt een lugubere indruk. Het hotel is omringt door een hek wat na 20 uur afgesloten is. De ingang is moeilijk te vinden. Check in was zeer moeizaam. Ondanks onze booking.com papieren gaven ze de indruk dat er niks geregeld was. Om ca 1 uur in de nacht stapte de receptie zomaar de kamer binnen om het eea te controleren omdat er toch iets zogenaamd niet in orde was. Dit bleek een vergissing en de volgende ochtend wel excuses gehad, maar een hotel dat dit zomaar doet begrijpt er niks van. Volgende ochtend een taxi besteld naar Ville Pinte. Staat er een busje en worden we met een aantal andere gasten de bus in geloodst. Dit zou de taxi zijn. We worden vervolgens naar het buitenste parkeer terrein van Ville Pinte gebracht. We moesten met de gratis shuttle maar verder gaan. Tarief was persoon even hoog als van een reguliere taxi. Hotel en taxibedrijf slaan hier dus een slaatje uit.

Manque dans la chambre de quoi se faire un café ou thé On a demandé un taxi de l'hôtel qui ns a appelé une navette qui travail avec l'hôtel.L'aller c'est très bien passé mais pour le retour la navette n'a pas répondu aux nombreux appels de notre part (ce qui était convenu avec le chauffeur) donc on a du se débrouillé pour pouvoir rentré et a 2h du matin ce n'est pas facile de trouvé un taxi!!!! Vraiment déçu de cette société de transport

Le cadre de l'hôtel est agréable

Trop de clarté la nuit dans les chambres, même avec les rideaux tirés, les lumières extérieures devraient être mises en veilleuse à partir de minuit.
