the location is wonderful. the old fisherman's warf and fish culture is unique and interesting. the hotel room is cleaned very well each day although as mentioned before the location is wonderful the staff is unfriendly and sturdy. Moreover the hotel looks like a hotel in the 1970's. |

Room was nice For the the location ( remote and unsalubrious) we thought the hotel was a little too expensive and the restaurant inappropriately so. The menu was overly pretentious and beyond the capability of the chef. We only ate there on our first night and from obsevations, most other guests were too put off by the prices ( our prior knowledge) to even do that. On Saturday night the hotel was full but only 3 couples dined. Which is a pity because had the food been good we would have dined every night. As it was we had to drive elsewhere and dine soberly. |

Peace and tranquility. Lovely walks on the dunes and through the woods. Interesting oyster culture. My family came to visit and to have an evening meal. Menu boards were on display showing us the selection ...after some deliberation we made our choice and was then told that all that was available was oysters! We then had to make arrangements to get in our cars to find somewhere else to eat! this should have been made known when we booked for 6 people to eat there!! Crazy...not everyone likes oysters!! |

ayant réservé pour 2 nuits, on ne nous a pas prévenu que le samedi soir qu'il y aurait un mariage, pas seulement le repas, mais la soirée complète "jusqu'a 2 H du matin", impossible de dormir !! je regrette que que on nous l'ai pas dit, je leur en ai parlé, limite ils s'en foutent !! dommage, car l'hotel paraissait tranquille.... |
