Logis Hotel Ramuntcho  

Great position for starting the Camino Frances. Friendly, helpful staff, very clean and modern facilities in room but nice character in general areas. Lovely view from our little balcony.

We liked EVERYTHING about Hotel Ramuntcho! The hosts were wonderful and prepared. The location was excellent. And the rooms were spotless (I loved the olive oil based soap and hair/body wash too)!

convenient situation

complete lack of any welcome when checking in - it turned out that the person checking us in was a cleaning lady however the owners were not much better. I do expect much more from a Logis. Parking also very limited and difficult off street even out of season. Also hotel restaurant was closed though we were not advised when booking

The location mainly. Otherwise very average.

Small room. Very hot. The manager requested the bill to be paid in full on arrival. Overpriced for what you get.

Location is excellent, at the heart of Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port, and adjacent to the Rue de la Citadelle, close to everything. Very friendly staff.

Parking nearby, but you need to haul your luggage for a block or two. Hotel has no elevator

Second floor room was very warm. Was advertised as air conditioned but the room was hot even with the fan that was waiting in the room

Hotel Ramuntcho was very pretty, the rooms were comfortable and the food was good.

No airconditioning- it was very hot, and I was in St Jean Pied de Port to start the Camino de Santiago, if I did it again, I would stay in an auberge instead, but it was nice to have the certainty that I had somewhere to stay.

Expensive for what it offers but well it is in france. They did not inform us tha after 22h the hotel reception is closed and we have to enter by the door in the side with thr room key. Oh,no harm done we figured it out

Restaurant on the terrace looks good but food average .Staff uninterested

If you can avoid it, then avoid it. Very unfriendly hotel.

No mucho. El pueblo es un encanto, el hotel no tanto.

El trato muy frio, sin ningunas ganas de ayudarte en nada. Hay aparcamiento para tres coches solamente. Si llegas tarde, tienes que aparcar en el quinto infierno y llevarte tus bartulos al hotel, unos cientos de metros cuesta arriba (y muy empinada...)

j ai beaucoup aimé le cadre de cette hotel et l avantage qu elle soit dans une rue pietonne,nous sommes trés satisfait de notre w end.

Die Lage in der Altstadt mit Blick auf die Pyrenäen. Das saubere Zimmer. Die freundliche Bedienung und das gute Essen.
