Logis Hôtel Résidence Les Cèdres  

The hotel is run by a family, you get all the attention you look for. Nice swimmingpool with super terrace and lounge chairs . We stayed in the house with nice antiques, the room we had was superb . The restaurant is faboulous with fresh food, worth a michelin bibendum!!

Very helpful speaking English staff, nice garden view, excellent cuisine (dinners), good location for trips to Avignon, Arles, Camargue, etc.

Nothing, everything was good, the only thing - the beds could be more comfortable

Wonderful service, especially from the owner, Christophe, who went out of his way to help us. We had a first floor room in one of the two "fourplex", newer buildings, which was a great help to us, since we are somewhat disabled. We were able to park right outside our door in the secure courtyard of the hotel; access to our car could not have been more convenient. The restaurant at the hotel was excellent; both meals we ate there were superb. Great value for the price.

The location in a suburb of Avignon made it a little difficult to drive into Avignon at rush hour because of heavy traffic across the bridges. But at non-peak traffic hours, it was only a ten-minute drive into the center of Avignon.

The staff, in particular the Manager, were very welcoming and helpful and this contributed greatly to make our stay at Les Cedres comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel is in a peaceful setting with a pool, the food is good and the prices are reasonable.

The proprietors of the Logis Hotel Residence Cedres were wonderfully friendly and obviously took pride in their establishment. The food was exquisite, particularly the goat cheese salad, which was outstanding.

Navigating to the hotel was interesting to say the least.

Hotel is like medieval mansion - looks amazing! Stuff is very nice and attentive. Breakfast is good. Really recommend to stay here.

The hotel was attractive and located in a quiet residential area 400yd walk to the local bus stop. The double room was very clean with own small garden. The outside breakfast area was very attractive and the breakfast food was of good quality.The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. If you had a car there is plently of room for Parking. Would stay there again.

The bedroom and double bed was reasonably small and the bathroom a bit basic with a small bath. The shower was functional. The air conditioning worked well but was drafty and gave the impression it was very windy outside and could keep you awake. The local buses stopped running very early in the evening and its quite a walk (3km to 4km) into the local town centre. Taxi's were expensive. A car would be very useful. These comments should be taken a minor and we would definitely stay there again.

The bed was not good...

Clean, friendly , familly run hotel which has 2 styles of room, detached chalet style rooms set in the grounds and traditional rooms in the main house. All rooms are clean and well maintained but those in the main house have difficult access(no lift), are full of character but somewhat dated. We chose a garden room, comfortable and convenient. Very helpful owner. Bit expensive but priced about right for the region.

We liked this hotel. Charming and friendly and the old house is a fantastic opportunity to have an inexpensive night in an old French manor house. For the price this place is an absolute bargain and I have to say I was more than pleasantly surprised.

Bathroom in our room was a little small, however we were warned, and the TV in the room was small, although we did not go to Avignon for the TV.

WellI would have said the price if what we paid had been what I had been shown when selecting this hotel with Booking.com but there I was expecting £58 and paid £73. Having said that this was a lovely and very friendly hotel - excellent host and good room, I chose it also because it was comfortably outside Avignon but it was a bit more remote than I'd expected but that relates to it being on the top of a hill and us being on pushbikes!!

There was nothing to dislike about this hotel - it was welcoming, friendly and did what it should in that it gave us a comfortable last night in France before our flight

We are in France for 2 weeks and this is our first night. Such a pleasant surprise. The hotel has so many scenes we saw from movies such as the "God Father". The staff are very friendly and supportive. We liked it's breakfast so much. In fact, we drove to Avignon centre for local food from the marche but nothing attractive for breakfast. Afrer several trial, We decided to drove back for buffet breakfast here and found it a wonderful one. Thanks!

We stayed at the hotel for two nights which were completely different , the first night we stayed at the castle (old building) the room was small, old, bathroom not inviting , toilets not clean and hard to get to the room with the suitcases . After the first night we moved to the new rooms, with great terrace, new bathroom and great value for money.

La chaleur et la facilité de contact du directeur, ainsi que le cadre très agréable.

nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil qui nous a été réservé, la situation, le calme et le cadre de cet hotel, un ilt de campagne dans la ville.

Le lieu: un havre de paix au milieu de la ville. Parking en gravier, pelouse, fontaine. Piscine. Petit déjeuner: fruits frais, protéine.

Excellent accueil, amical et familial. Jolie chambre donnant sur une petite terrasse privée. Le tout donne l'impression d'etre chez soi, c'est vrai. Nous y serions bien restés plus longtemps.... Une prochaine fois...

Cordialità dello staff, apprezzabile la cucina e la prima colazione ci è stato proposto la mezza pensione per farci risparmiare ed è stata un'ottima scelta

il bagno della stanza per 4 era separato dal water posto in un'altra stanza e quest'ultimo era purtroppo di dimensioni molto limitate, e quindi poco confortevole.
