Stay here! The owners are so lovely, the room was spacious and the nicest we stayed in in all of France (even paying double for some rooms for less of a room), an amazing view and superb location! Such a treat! I wish the best for the lovely owners. Lovely town, too!

The Hotel is very well located on a central square in Beaulieu town with free parking and a market every day. It is two minutes walk to the train station. Proprietors were very friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast good value at 8.50 apart from the warm coffee!! It was a bit far from the restaurant/port area and the beach and very quiet at night with local restaurants and bars closing early.

The lovely couple who run this hotel, make it feel like a home. The minute you meet them, you know that you are going to be safe and looked after. As a solo female traveller this is important.Madame et Monsieur sont super A++++. The couple is friendly, helpful, accommodating. The hotel is 1 minute from the railway station which goes up as far as Monaco and the on to the Italian border and in the other direction to Nice. Lovely market in the square in front of the hotel every morning...........Perfect.

The older couple running the hotel were lovely, and our breakfast was fresh and very good. The lady was very helpful providing information on places to eat and alternative transportation. The rooms are nice, neat, and comfortable. Breakfast isn't "continental breakfast," so there are no refills or seconds (although it is tasty). It was more of a bed and breakfast for couples. If you don't speak French you will have trouble communicating properly.

Clean clean clean. Limited furnishings but everything that was needed, and it worked. Owners anxious to oblige. Served a good breakfast. Is on the main square, near station - close to restaurants but a good walk from the sea. The shower was a squeeze.

The location of the Hotel was perfect. A small but nice park in front of the Hotel. Quiet neighborhood. Lots of parking possibilities. And its not expensive when you are not planning to leave the car parked whole day. Very clean and comfortable.

We found the hotel convenient and value for money was good. The proprietors first language is the preferred means of comunicating and we found them most helpful and friendly in seeing to our needs. Although the reception of WiFi is good at the hotel it could have been extended to the room instead of just the communal areas. There are however plenty of bars with WiFi nearby

To give context, Beaulieu is on the west end of the three corniches section of the Riviera. In what little we saw of the Riviera, there is not another town I would prefer to stay in over Beaulieu. The hotel fronts a busy street next to a nice park, only 2 minutes walk from the train station, grocery store and tourist office. Floor 0 has the entrance. Floor one has the office and breakfast area. Our room was on floor two. There are only 6 rooms on that floor, 3, (all doubles, 2 with mini fridges) face the front. 3, (a triple and 2 singles) face the park side. The park side is preferable from a view and noise standpoint. Our room was nothing special. There is a floor 3 which I assume has a similar layout to floor 2. Breakfast was the standard for the area but was good. The owners were nice, seemingly always on duty, and spoke no English. I had worried about parking, but we were here in mid September and it was never an issue. The town only charges from 9:00 A.M. until 6:00 P.M. and since we were gone all day we never even paid for parking. We booked a room with air conditioning. But upon arrival were told it was shut off for the season. It was so hot in the middle of September that the room was effectively useless from 8:30 A.M. until 8:30 P.M. We had to take cold showers when returning at night to cool down. We could not even close the windows to shut out the street noise.

Excellent location, 100m from bus, train and supermarket. Easy and cheap travel along Cote d'Azur. Daily fruit market in square outside hotel, and bars and restaurants at hand. Very pleasant and helpful couple run the hotel, which is modest but very clean and comfortable. Beaulieu has the feel of a small market town (with some smart shops) but is a short walk from the very up-market Cap Ferrat, beaches and marinas. Lovely place. Nice breakfast room overlooking market square, but breakfasts a bit repetitive, limited and pricey. Centrally controlled aircon meant window had to be kept shut, though this did keep out street noise effectively (except for Friday night band in cafe opposite, though this finished at 10.00 p.m.!).

The Hotel is very convenient, being located 2 minutes walk from the station, and therefore very easy to get to from Nice. The hotel has a traditional feel, and I had a very pleasant room with a view over the charming market place and the dramatic corniche above. The proprietors went out of their way to be helpful, and provide useful suggestions.

A really good 2 star, good value, clean and comfortable hotel. French couple who own it are just superb in their management, giving attention to detail, helpful and genuinely friendly. It is close to shops, open market, restaurants, rail and bus services. Quite close to a good beach and a short rail trip to Monaco or Nice. It not flashy but we highly recommend this good value and authentic French hotel. Beaulieu-sur Mer is on quite steep hill so its easy walk down to beach and a not so easy one back.......but life isn't perfect!

excellent location nr train station.Quiet.Pretty rooms.Friendly owners. Price for location. The air conditioning. It was controlled by the owners and we found it too cold. -in the way the flow of air was directed. On second night I asked for it to go up a degree or so which owners said would make it 26 or 27 or extra sheet. It was still too cold and on both nights i wore extra t shirts and jumper and found it diff to sleep. I was in room 23 and the beds were v near climatisation unit. i think they should have spare blankets sheets in room. Others i know would not find air con a problem.

This hotel is a little gem entirely due to the delightful owners who could not have been more helpful and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. The location is great if you are using public transport, close to the station and in the middle of town which is full of exclusive food shops, small boutiques and many restaurants. The hotel overlooks the wonderful town square and the fruit and vegetable market.

An ideal little b&b only 1 mile from the centre of Florence. Good breakfasts and good sleeping arrangements. Only problem is parking, whoever the owners arrange for your car to park in a local garage at 15 Euro a day.

It is very good accomodation. We like it so much. Staff is very polite. It is not so expensive if you take in account quality of relaxation in this hotel. We stayed here only two days but would like more days and now are missing for that
