Breakfast was satisfactory but that is the only positive point The location was awful, in the middle of a commercial centre. The room was tiny and not particularly clean. The restaurant was closed, Not a place to return to. |

The Hotel was very well located for our needs. We were takin daily car-trips around Loire river area and famous historic Castles. Public transportation to Orleans Centre good. Tramway. Good buffet breakfast and fairly good dbuffet dinner services |

This hotel is in the back end of a industrial outlet estate and would not suit a small family if spending more than one night. Food quality questionable and more rural in presentation. |

staff went out of their way to be helpful, making a big effort to communicate in English- very welcoming - information about the area in plenty location - in a retail park - very difficult to find - room small - although refurbished very cheap build - not made clear in booking process the nature of location - would not have chosen it if known |

The rooms were small but clean and everything was there: hair dryer nice tv and coffee /tea maker. Very friendly at the reception. We did not eat there but the dinner buffet looked good as well as breakfast. No airconditioner or fan. That night was very hot. One of the rooms smelled of smoke. The reception was very friendly about this - apologised and gave us our drinks from the night before for free. |

The staff and the general ambience at the hotel were very good. The restaurant is not open on Sundays and we had to eat at the Buffalo Grill, which was adequate but not what you go to France for... |

Friendly staff, good selection of tasty food from standard buffet restaurant. Breakfasts also good. Air conditioning in our room had failed and no alternative was available. Outside temperature was 34 deg C. |

Checking out in the morning. Hotel is located in an industrial area and there is nothing around, so you are stuck with the hotel restaurant and they know it. Room was too small for 3 people, price of buffet menu is too high for what there is on offer (17 euros per person) , when you travel with a child the chef has to be more flexible to offer food for kids and not stick just to the adults menu. Breakfast also too expensive. I could go on and on.... |

price was very competetive. bathroom was newly renovated and looked pleasant.there is the family room suitable for 4 peaple. We liked it. Room smelt awful because of smoking. chambermaid sometimes forgot to put shower gell |

Cheerful, helpful and professional staff. Excellent food, the dinner buffet particularly, at very reasonable prices. As it was Sunday we drove into Orleans - about 15 minutes driving time. Didn't ask, but think public transport also available. Very difficult to find. Larger direction signs are badly needed. |

plug was stuck in sink - unusable.third adult bed collapsed twice during the night under an eight stone adult. fan extractor wasn't working. bedside light was not workiing. no toilet paper. Only ventlation was to open windows. On the ground floor of a building on an industrial estate - this was worrying. location was horrible. Required adrive to town for a meal. Breakfast coffe was horrible.. |

Une seule chose positive le petit déjeuner. Chambre très très petite, une seule serviette et un seul gobelet pour 2 personnes, chambre froide au départ, interrupteurs difficiles à trouver. Hôtel situé dans une forme de zoning industriel, restaurant fermé le week- end, d'où à 20h00 après une longue route il faut encore se déplacer pour trouver à manger... |

ホテルの周りにはショップが沢山あり見て回るのはおもしろいかも専門点が多く並んでいる 少し歩くとオリベッテイの小さな町があり川の周りの景色は最高で２～３時間歩くことを勧めますインホメーシ- ョンも有り良く説明してくれました ホテルは中心からトラムで10分位だがトラムの駅から15分はかかり少し不便さを感じる |

Calme, propre, très grand lit, parking sécurisé, proche centre ville en voiture. l'acces à l'Hôtel un peu compliqué et mal indiqué dans un dédale de rues de centre commercial. |
