The location of this hotel is fantastic. It is right on the metro and bus and train lines. Also, from the hotel you can walk Paris. |

The location was great, very central which made it easier with small children. The family room was perfect, we appreciated having 2 rooms and having a refrigerator. The desk staff were extremely helpful when my wallet was stolen which was much appreciated. There is no bar, no tea or coffee facilities in the room, and no microwave in the room or for general use to heat milk etc. The breakfast was very expensive and we opted for the local cafes. |

I was warmly welcomed by the reception named Alex and she was friendly and the hotel was good and location was perfect. There was a gentle mena by trhe name of Fredirick and he was aswell very warm and welcoming. well there was another reception in the hotel who worked nites and he wasnt that friendly and when i ask him for direction he was not able to help.another thing was the housekeeping dept cleaned the room on daily basis as requested but they dnt fill up the shampoo bottles and soap unless i request for it. as for as i know once the item has been used then it should be refilled so how. |

Localisation au coeur de Paris. Qualité et gentillesse de l'accueil. Salle de bains pratique. Surface de la chambre suffisante. Télé écran plat, Canal+. Bonne literie. Bien chauffé. Propreté OK. Nécessaire à disposition pour poser les bagages (on évite ainsi de poser les valises sur les lit). Travaux en cours : ascenseur indisponible mais pas de personnel pour vous aider à porter vos bagages. Petit déjeuner servi dans la chambre, mais couverts manquants : attente près d'un quart d'heure pour les recevoir. Eau chaude longue à venir. |
