room and bathroom is very small , The hotel charged me extra money than what what was offered to me when i booked. In the conditions it was mentioned that all the children under 3 years of age stay free but they charged me extra.It almost took 30 minutes for giving me the room after i reached the hotel traveling for the whole day. Very disappointment the reception.

Friendly, helpful hotel staff, location was excellent, quietly tucked away behind Trocadero but within easy walking distance of main attractions and no shortage of good cafes, metro station within easy reach. At night, very safe for taking late stroll or returning after dark.

Tea & Coffee facilities would have been nice to have in the room, we stayed on top floor Level 5 , coffee machine available ground floor, not very convienent. Very small lift, for 3 persons, but with baggage only suitable for two persons.

Very clean, nice stuff, very helpful... Excellent location, just 5 minutes from Eiffel tower. Many restaurants around.

Convenient to the Eiffel Tower, and with the Metro close by, easy to get anywhere in the city.

Internet access was an additional cost. I don't understand why when the room is already pretty expensive.

The rooms are very small, in fact the entire hotel is very small.

The hotel staff in the lobby were very friendly, down to earth and very helpful. The location in central Paris is fantastic, being only a few hundred meters from the Trocadero, avenue Kleber, and absolutely close enough to the Champs Elysée.

Having taken the last room available, I was given a small room on the ground floor, next to the dining area and separated from the lobby by just a tiny courtyard to which the window was open in the lobby. A few minor points which add up to make a small difference in the value-for- money area would be the lack of glasses for drinks, television that didn't work, drab interior design and bedding. The W.C. in the room was perhaps the smallest room I've ever been in, and was barely as broad as my shoulders!! All add up considering the price of the room is normally in and around the €200 p/n mark.

l'accueil exceptionnel avec un monsieur qui faisait la nuit extrêmement aimable et désireux que le séjour se passe au mieux.

Da ich meine Tochter in Paris besucht habe, war mir die Lage des Hotels wichtig. Ich habe weder Frühstück noch sonstige Serviceleistungen in Anspruch genommen, und kann daher auch keine qualifizierten Angaben machen.

Das Zimmer war sehr klein. Das Badezimmer winzig, was aber in Paris nicht selten ist.
