Lorda Appart'hotel (洛尔达公寓酒店)    

very contemporary feel, almost austere, but very clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and very willing to please.

All was very well for the studio we had.

Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Location is about 15 mins walk to the Sanctuary and the town centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The rooms were not well soundproofed. Sleep was disturbed in the morning when other hotel guests were walking and chatting along the corridors.

Lovely! Highly recommend. Modern apartment, good strong wifi, bath. Fab location for kids, close to grotto etc but away from crowds. Very serene. We had a wonderful, refreshing view up to mountains and over river. Excellent staff service, helped us to arrange visits to Pyrenees animal park and gave us information on grotto, services.

Wish we could stay longer to enjoy the mountains some more :)

We stayed in Lourdes for 3 nights and this was the perfect place for it. Free parking just across the street, which was a plus because once your parked you don't need to drive. The concierge that was there most of the time was very helpful, and as far as we could tell, fluently spoke Spanish, Italian, English, and French. and who knows what else. We spent two days checking out the grotte and the nearby sites and castle, and one day went down to Le Cirque De Garvani. As well, the location of this hotel was excellent as it was far enough away from the madness that there was silence when necessary, but less than a 5 minute walk to everything one would want to see and do in Lourdes. As for the room, extremely comfortable, very clean, and a great value for the price. We were trying to stay away from Hotel chains, but this one is worth checking out as it still had plenty of charm and character.

The hotel staff were very helpful, and although the hotel offered full board you could also choose self catering. We were very happy with our apartment, very clean and tidy with the basics but all that was necessary, clean towels each day and room service. Wifi not all over the hotel, had to use reception area, bit of a pain, but at least it's free. Would stay again.

Teh description says you will get a view and free shuttle service to the Lourdes sanctuaries. They did not show both.

-Spacious rooms with lovely views. -Modern furniture and comfortable rooms. - Location near to the sanctuaries but at same time on the outskirts, away from all the shops and hassle. -Bus stop near-by.

- One of the receptionists was absolutely rude during an urgent matter. - Room not so clean. -Toilet in a separate room from bath/basin, meaning that you have to walk over to another room to wash your hands. -Air conditioning maximum 20 degrees, which is pretty cold especially after your luggage has been lost, late arrival at airport on a rainy day and available clothes in hand luggage are limlited. - To phone outside you must phone reception each time and ask them to open the line.

The Lorda was an oasis in an otherwise tourist trap-filled but charming little town. The rooms were spacious, quiet and quite comfortable.

Good value for money. You even get more than what you paid for. It's in a quiet area, away from the bustling souvenir shops area, but an easy walk to the Grotte. The hotel is clean and has friendly staff. We did not opt for breakfast so I could not comment on it.

There was no shampoo and body soap but I guess these are normally provided and housekeeping forgot to put some. We did not ask.

This was a very spacious room with a nice view of the mountains. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. It was within walking distance to the shops, restaurants and the Grotto. I would definitely stay again.

Good hotel, nice view, huge room... But, it is quite far to the grotto espescially for disable person since there is no shuttle service as mentioned in the web.........

The apartments are well located just an 8 minute walk from the sanctuary. They are nicely decorated and very beautiful. Free parking outside.

I didn't like the fact that although it has a small kitchen it doesn't even has cups or cereal mugs to drink a cup of tee or eat some cereals. My mother is allergic to some types of food so I was expecting to be able to cook and have breakfast but how can we have that in an espresso cup!?!?
