Very good location, close to the Metro, and just 5 min from Montparnasse by foot. Rooms was clean. Typical French garzon. Rooms are very small. Receptions guy has no info about Paris...

The location is great and the hotel in just around the corner of the metro. One of the receptionists was extremelly inpolite and unfriendly. The rest of the stuff was ok. The room was extremelly dirty, with dust all over and even some unidentified things under the bed. Since they didn't change the sheets for 5 days, we asked for an extra sheet on the 3rd and they refused to change or provide us with an extra. They said that this is the hotel policy!

Le petit jardinet derrière l'hôtel est très agréable aux premiers rayons du soleil. Très bruyant : l'isolation phonique des chambres au RDC est nulle. j'ai du avoir recours à des boules Quiès pour pouvoir m'endormir car la porte de ma chambre donnait sur le hall et les discussions des clients installés dans le hall semblaient avoir lieu au pied de mon lit ! De plus, l'éclairage des chambres est insuffisant : 2 petites lampes de chevet en tout et pour tout ! je n'ai pas pu travailler correctement.

Personnel très accueillant, on est tout de suite mis à l'aise en arrivant ! + on se sent tout à fait en sécurité grâce à la présence du personnel 24/24 + une chambre sur l'arrière de l'hotel est super calme malgré le quartier mouvementé !!

Buoni I servizi metro e autobus di notte Continue intrusioni del personale delle pulizie nella stanza dalle ore 9 in poi; non vi sono cartelli da appendere alla porta con la dicitura non disturbare; alla mia richiesta di pulire la stanza nel pomeriggio le cameriere hanno risposto che massimo si poteva posticipare la pulizia alle undici; insomma per gli amanti delle notti parigine meglio usare un altro albergo

Décoration chambre originale. Situé à proximité du métro et 2 stations de Montparnasse. Quartier vivant, restaurants, cafés. Chambre petite, qualité salle de bain en dessous de ce que l'on peut attendre d'un 3 étoiles ( Lunette WC cassée, éclairage triste...)

Friendly, helpful staff. Allowed cancellation on short notice. Good breakfasts. Location great for Metro Pernety. Room very small and dirty, although bedding was clean. Website indicated airport shuttle service available, but not so. Overpriced when compared with other hotels. Little storage space. Little lighting. No 3 star if that was claimed.

la situation géographique chambre trop petite au 5ème étage : hauteur de plafond limitée pas de climatisation : trop chaud sous les toits pas de possibilité d'ouvrir la fenêtre en grand coincée par le lit ensemble de la décoraiton défraichie rénovation de la salle de bain souhaitable : équipement à minima, robnetterie à revoir

Son emplacement à la sortie du métro et dans un quartier animé Chambre au rez de chaussée bruyante et très très petite. Pas de mini frigo et salle de bains très bruyante. Chambre proposée à un prix promotionnel n'était pas à la hauteur d'un 3 étoiles . Petit déjeuner d'une grande banalité pour 9€.

Hyvällä paikalla (metroaseman ihan vieressä). Kiva pieni hotelli. Huoneessa saisi olla enemmän säilytystilaa tai koukkuja, joihin voisi ripustaa vaatteita. Vaatekaappi aivan liian pieni kahdelle henkilölle. Kattovalaisinta kaipasi ehdottomasti.
