This is quite simply one of the nicest hotels I've evered stayed at. It isn't fancy but everything about it is first class, and at a very reasonable price. We reserved a regular double room and it was huge. There was a sitting area with a nice table and chairs plus a desk. The bathroom was also quite large, with both a tub and a shower plus a huge counter with two sinks and drawers for storage. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Even though they spoke very little English and we spoke only a little French, we got on quite nicely. The breakfast was very good. Just the assortment of cheeses alone was a treat.

Large comfortable bedroom overlooking the church and town hall, very quiet. All newly kitted out, including the large bathroom (two basins even). The surprising newness of the fittings did not detract from the traditional charm of the hospitality offered by Madame and Monsieur. The breakfast was truly superb, a range of home made fruit compotes, pastries and a board of local cheeses. Next door to the hotel is an excellent restaurant - but with prices to match. A good location near enough to the Autotroute, with a convenient Carrefour on the edge of Nuits St George for stocking up on fuel/picnic if you are in transit.

This hotel is next door to a very good restaurant Restaurant Simon and we pre-booked dinner in the restaurant for our stay. The owner was very welcoming and patient with our limited French. The room was spacious spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The breakfast the following morning was superb with home made preserves and freshly prepared fruit, attention to detail was excellent and it showed that the owners had previously been restauranters. We would definately stay a bit longer if we visit this region again.

Only slight annoyance is the tolling of the church bells next to the hotel. not really anything the hotel could do about it!

This petit hotel is owned by an aged couple, who are not fluent in English, but very helpful to the guests. Restaurant next door is also completele French style and serves high quality meals with a perfect wine list.

There aren't any cafe or stores in a walking distance.

Great stay in a clean big room. Nice old couple that only spoke French were very nice. The price was fantastic for what we got, easily the best value of our entire trip. Very near some of the most famous and well known Burgundian vineyards. Great breakfast for 10 euros.

It is an unassuming very pleasant little family run hotel. The owners were attentive and very helpful. There is no restaurant as such, but thrre is one next door and the town of Nuits St. George is not far. The hotel does provide a very nice breakfast at a modest price. All in all, highly recommended for a stopover or short quiet break in beautiful Burgundy!

It was a bit difficult to find on my VW sat nav! But that is not the hotels fault!

Fantastisch ontbijt en reuze vriendelijke eigenaren/personeel

Er zaten 2 treden in overgang van entree/badkamer/toilet naar de slaapkamer meteen achter de deur, dus je moest die deur open laten om die treden goed te zien, wil je je nek niet breken. Kamer 6.

Belles chambres, bon accueil et petit dejeuner tres bien. Parking prive et gratuit, gentillesse des patrons. Tres bon restaurant juste a cote.

Bruit de moteur du au restaurant attenant a l'hotel, mais le patron a dit qu'il se chargerait de regler le probleme. Par contre produits de toilette nettement insuffisants surtout pour un passage d'etape ou les valises restent a la voiture.
