Big comfortable apart. Good breakfast. Nice hotel view. Qiet' . nearby big supermarket. Difficult to find. Even with gps. Street name doesn't exist in carros.

The accom. Was alright. Parking just outside the accom. Nice view. The accomodation was alright but there were nothing of cups, plates, glasses, forks,knives and more like that-. Used our own platstic-tools.

It was in a very convenient location. A halogen light fixture broke and was not fixed during our stay. It was dangerous and made it hard to open the door to the room!

Good comfortable rooms, with very good size. We stayed in a studio apartment for 2 and had a small child with us and did not face any problem at all. The location is also very nice with good pleasant views and is about 20-25 minutes drive from tourist towns like Nice. Not sure how easy it is to reach the hotel using public transport but if someone plans to drive (like we did) then it is easy to reach.

Nous avons séjourné dans la résidence hôtelière où nous avons apprécié l'équipement de la cuisine, le calme, le parking et une totale autonomie en tant qu'usagers des lieux. La météo n'étant pas clémente, nous n'avons pas pu apprécier la grande terrasse hélas ! Nous conseillons cet hôtel pour les familles en séjour ou de passage à Nice.

Studio et non une simple chambre, rapport Qualité/prix correct, personnel accueillant. Je n'y ai fait que passer la nuit mais il y a une piscine ext. + sauna et salle de sport à l'intérieur.

“Excellent pool. The TV and air conditioning in the room. The bed (mattress and the bed sheets). Enough parking places (but some oh them have deformed asphalt) and it is private. Free tea bags/coffee and cookies. Free wifi with a good signal. Very good noise isolation. Staff is "tres amaible". Acces to Nice by bus very easy (bus station at 5 minutes, 1 euro to Nice centre/person, usually 15 minutes, AC). It is very difficult finding a free parking space in Nice so the bus was more than welcomed. Supermarket near bus station. Breakfast 10 euro/person but it is fair.
