La gentilezza del personale. Il proprietario parla anche l'italiano ed è stato gentilissimo. Ci ha dato come camera un mini appartamento con vista sulla piscina. Il posto è silenzioso e rilassante. Il parcheggio è custodito perfettamente e la notte resta chiuso e per noi che viaggiavamo con la moto era fondamentale. L'hotel si trova facilmente col tom tom e dista dal centro di nizza circa 12-15 km, ma si arriva molto velocemente grazie alla strada scorrevole. Molto vicino ci sono: ristoranti, supermercati della lidl e un Mc Donald. La piscina è deliziosa e pacifica con verde intorno. In cucina c'erano tv,piastre,lavastoviglie e frigo/freezer. Internet gratuito nel piano terra dell'hotel. Hotel perfetto per rapporto qualità prezzo. Il letto non era comodissimo ed era un pò piccolo, ma per quanto si rimane in hotel andava benissimo. |

in posizione agevole, tranquillo e silenzioso reception in hotel non c'e' mai stato nessuno (doveva essere aperta la mattina), bisognava andare fuori al ristorante.Poche istruzioni su uso cancello e cucina.Cucina:niente per pulire stoviglie,tanti piatti poche pentole,bollitore lercio.Posacenere bisogna chiederli.Sauna fuori uso.Centrofitness:una panca,tapisroulant e cyclette ipereconomici by decathlon,un sacco impolverato.Letto piccolo |

The size of the apartment was good and we enjoyed having a terrace. We were pleased to have the apartment cleaned every day. It was also good to be close to the lift and have a computer available to use. The staff were very helpful, especially when we had some of our belongings stolen from the car while on the coast and had to contact lots of emergency numbers. They all did their best to help in a very stressful situation. The kitchen lacked some important equipment (for our needs) eg. a toaster, tea cups and the cutlery needed to be replaced. Overall, the kitchen was quite adequate, however. |

Hotel is great value for money, proximate to Nice with mountain views. Space was adequate for three. Easy to find in direction Carros from Nice/autostarda. Balcony was a nice touch. We were in the annex across the street from the main registration. Parking free in gated area with ample spaces. Free internet facility on first floor. Neighborhood is close to fast food and local shopping. Full kitchenette. Beds relatively comfortable. Bathroom clean w/separate water closet. Iron in room. English speaking. The triple/quad room seemed converted from another purpose. The second "room" was about as big as a closet. One bed is actually a convertable couch in the main room. Bedroom decor/fixtures mediocre. Walls were in need of new paint. We did not use the kitchen equipment. Internet center stopped working suddenly and no printer. Game center on first floor not functional. |

Easy access to Nice. 20 min. drive to the sea and 30 min. to old town. But you definitely need a car. We booked studio apartment and they gave as two bedroom apartment for the same rate (have no idea why, but thank you) It was big, sunny, with nice terrace. Nice building, nice garden. Free parking. There is something strange with this place, everything seems to be Ok, but there is no atmosphere at all. And something unforgivable: No coffee or tea maker in apartment with kitchen!? If you like to have a cup of coffee you have to go to another building, were the restaurant is. Our GPS was no able to find the location. |

The hotel is great, it really impressed us. The rooms have everything you need. You also have a balcony , you have a pool, you have privacy, you have snacks at the machine downstairs , you have internet downstairs. The idea of organizing the hotel as practically small apartments is great. Go for it dont hesitate! |

Simple clean room. Useful kitchen. Nice bathroom. Aircon worked well. Hotel had a nice atmosphere. Good value Minor points: The road outside the hotel used by boy racers... can be a little noisy in the evening. You need a car to stay here really. |

Very helpful employees. Even though we were just four, the apartment had space to one more because we were redirected to a better apartment than the one we booked.It was clean and very spacious. It is kind of difficult to find, it should exist written instructions to help people get there. |

15 min from Nice beaches.Very reasonably priced for the French Riviera.Clean & comfortable.Car is a must otherwise it can be difficult.LIDL & McDonalds closeby so did not pay for breakfast as there is a refrigerator,microwave & stove in the room.Definately value for money.will definately stay there again. A roll of paper towel & a small starter packet of dishwashing detergent would have been nice but not a big deal. |

Very kind men at the reception of restavrant, nice hotel with a lot of flowers I lost myself! Gps could not find this hotel! I drove 20 km more and finaly someone told me where the hotel was! |

The service and room are excellent. The residence is situated around 20 km from Nice city centre, with mountain view. The area is very calm, but closed to supermarket and fast food restaurant. Excellent value for money. Parking is free! 10-15 mnts to nice city centre. Absolutely need a car since there is no public transportation in the area. |

The hotel was good. A long way out of town, a car is essential. The accommodation was a studio with kitchen facilities. The studio did not have anywhere comfortable to sit. No chairs, only kitcken chairs, and a bed settee which was not meant for sitting on!! |
