We stayed at this 2-star hotel for 4 nights. Our room (nr 12) was - upon our request - a very quiet room overlooking a very small inner court. The room was recently renovated. It is simpel but clean. The bathroom was better than average in Parisien hotels. Again fully renovated with both a shower and a bath. It's a shame the safe is too small for laptops, but otherwise the room is really very good (and quiet). The hotel is located just around the corner of the Saint Lazare train station (with a 5 minute rer e connection to Gare du Nord!) and is minutes away from the Lazare-Haussmann subway station. We enjoyed the hotels location as lots of attractions are within walking distance.

The location is excellent, easy to find and very close to train and bus facilities as well as across the street from a grocery store and near numerous restaurants. The staff was courteous, very friendly and helpful in providing maps and directions to all the primary attractions. The room although small was clean and comfortable. If you are a late sleeper this may not be the place for you since there is a fair amount of noise from the street commencing at approximately 06:30 hours each day. We considered this a minor detractor in light of all of the other positives on this location

The hotel location is superb, just in front of the very dinamic St. Lazare station in the heart of Paris and sweetly situated beside some interesting like Printemps, Gallery Lafayette, also a 6 minutes walk to Opera house & St Madelene, 15 minutes walk to Concorde square. The room is very clean & tidy with a spacefull bathroom with 2 showers, the furniture is modern and simple, staff were very polite & helpful and rooms were instantly cleaned as soon as we leave it in the morning, there are lots of places to have breakfast & dine around the hotel, it was a very pleasant stay The only downside was the noise coming from the bar downstairs early in the morning, but to be honest that was a minor point that didn't worried us much

1- Location is perfect to explore Paris, the hotel is located at the junction of St Lazare & Haussman streets, full of restaurtants & outlets. Coffe shops, pharmacy, supermarket are just under the hotel. 2- Internet is good, no password no hassles. 3-Rooms are new and fully renovated. Overall experience is good. 1- Mattress is very rigid 2- room is too small but it is ok if you spend all day outside. 3-The street is noisy and sounds of garbage trucks as well as other service trucks will wake you up early morning. 4- don't expect to find any slippers, coffe machine or anything extra in the room. Afterall this is 2 stars hotel.

The hotel was good for 2 stars hotel. Good service. Personal always was ready to answer our questions and tried to help us even to show how to get any place in Paris. Old furniture but still Ok. Poor breakfast, but for 10 euros you probably can not find even this in the nearest cafes.

Better than expected. Location is great close to Metro and rer. The hotel staff is very helpful. The room was quiet and spacious in a far better condition than others 2-star rooms in Paris. Bathroom was recently redecorated as well as the room. Everything was very clean and fresh. Moreover, free WiFi and portable pc and printer available close to reception desk is an advantage.

Great location close to all major attractions. Price very good for location. Room was small but vey comfortable and staff very helpful and friendly. Would stay again Corridors were narrow. Street noise at times was distracting but you have to expect this staying in a busy area

Very central. Right next to the metro station. A few minutes walk to high streets and shopping areas, restaurants and bars. 20Minutes walk to Champs-Elysées. Rooms are quite dated. Wouldn't normally mind this but they are very different to the pictures on their website - little disappointing.

The location was the best being only yards from transport. It was a bit noisy though because of the pub on ground floor level. The windows have first class double glazing but they couldn't be left open at night because of the street noise. That was the only downside to the hotel. The staff were all so friendly and very helpful. I would go back to this hotel and recommend it to not too fussy a friend.

Excellent Service, The hotel could not do enough to help. I stayed for the Paris Marathon and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with my bags and a shower after the event and i had already booked out. Location for exploring Paris is excellent too - right next to a main train & metro station and a Bus to Champs Elysees. Not a complaint, however, understand that the rooms tend to be small and a bit dated. That said, the room was clean and i had a great nights sleep. Perfect for what i needed.

Staff were very helpful and spoke English when my French wasn't good enough. Comfortable room, very good location for shopping and getting around the centre of Paris, I walked everywhere but could have used the nearby metro station too. Facilities were adequate but with no coffee/tea/water in the rooms. TV had two English language channels which were both news.

Liked: The location near to transport lines-metro,station,also minutes by steps from most important turistic points and for shopping.Cleanliness super ok.Hotel staff verry-verry kind and nice. From 6,30am noise from the street.it's a bus station under the windows and the bus 28 stay there with the engine en function minutes (we had room on 2 floor on street),couldnt sleep in the morning.the windows are not double and not good for isolation(clasic one wood windows very nice otherwise). The breakfast poor for 9 euro.Only croisantes, cereals with tee/milk and same jams, but from vis-a-vis shop you can buy all food you want cheaper.Anyway, generally speaking, i'll recomand this hotel anytime to anyone.Good price, good location, verry clean, verry nice people there.

“We found the staff to be very helpful and always ready to assist with information or directions. The location is excellent for access to metro and shopping. There are many local facilities close by including a supermarket and lavarie. When we needed to store luggage the hotel management were very obliging.
