In the lively district of Saint-Germain, this hotel has a flowery interior courtyard and rooms with an antique décor. Odéon Metro Station is just 650 ft away.
Score from 398 reviews Very good
In the lively Latin Quarter, this hotel offers elegant guest rooms equipped with a TV, some with a balcony. It is 120 yards from Cluny - La Sorbonne Metro and RER B Station.

This hotel is on Paris’s Left Bank, less than a quarter mile from Notre Dame Cathedral and a 25 minute walk from the Louvre and the Musée d’Orsay museums. Some rooms feature views of the cathedral.
Score from 471 reviews Very good
La Perle is in the heart of the Saint-Germain-des-Prés district, just a 10-minute walk from Saint Michel and Notre-Dame Cathedral.
Score from 581 reviews Excellent
Not enough space around the bed to walk, ie the rooms are extremely small.
Getting a better room when we complained. Good breakfast. Pleasant and helpful staff. Immediate repair of a shower tube connection. Attractive furnishing of public space. Good A/C (necessary because open windows would admit too much noise from the street).
Getting a pokey little room to start with, in which you could hardly turn (these are the rooms ending with a 1). The mattress on one side of the bed in the second room was too soft. Being charged for a cup of tea in spite of absence of coffee/tea equipment in the room.
Location Cleanliness Charm
Size of room
staff were very friendly and relaxed , room was perfectly turned out and the location was perfect . Wonderful experience . I'd go back
The location was great. The room was really clean and modern, although it was small.
Bedroom was too small. I mean, REALLY small.
Very bad service upon arrival. The unfriendly receptionist (lady) wanted us to pay the full amount + Euro 100 extra on arrival, although she had our creditcard details. She forgot to return my ID and after asking later that night she found it back under the keyboard. The smallest room we have ever encountered in Paris. We know that hotelrooms in Paris are always very small but this was the worse! We couldn't move at all. Bathroom looked very poor. Thin, plastic curtains to cover the windows with holes in it. In the room the curtains as well as the bedspread had stains! Absolutely no 4-stars!!
rooms are small, but you don't come to Paris to be in your room; staff at the reception is very helpfull, wi-fi is working, there is lots of restaurants and bars in the viciniti of the hotel; metro and couple of bus lines are also available...
Everything, It may not be big enough for the overweight and raucous-- I like that .
The possibility that too many who do not appreciate the fine points of Paris will descend on this superb little gem of a hotel.
The location was great. Room had lots of interesting features. Good firm bed. Felt more homely than most soulless, chain hotels.
The room was small, but this is a minor gripe
too small room size
Poor value for money small rooms
Receiption staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. The hotel was beautiful and well located. The room was very comfortable.
A bit pricey.
Room alittle too small thou
The staff was extremely helpful and the location was perfect
The rooms are extremely small (to the point where there's almost no room to move around the bed), the walls are very thin and you can hear everything going on your floor and the street outside. I paid €235/night and it was quite expensive for the quality provided
The perfect location!!
The room was extremely small!! The fire alarm was ringing two nights continuously without reason so we could not sleep at all!!!! Too much money for the smallest room I have ever been!!
size of room - even though the bed was slightly shorter than normal (my feet were sticking out at the end), couldn't open the door to the toilet fully, and had areal squeeze to get in. no tea or coffee making facilities in room
Location, cleanliness and staff. Very pretty and comfortable room.
Breakfast was a bit expensive, better options at restaurants nearby.
The staff was extremely helpful It was easy to walk to excellent restaurants It was easy to get away from the hoards of people around the sights
The rooms were small, but this was greatly outweighed by the posititves.
Great location, lovely room perfect for work and then wandering around in the evenings
would have liked a safe in the room.
The location and good and the Staff helpful. Also, a shower that did not flood the entire bathroom (unusual for France)
Our room was the size of a sardine can. Big enough for a bed and a narrow passageway between the bed and the bathroom; no place to open suitcases except on the bed when it wasn't in use.
This hotel is is a lovely, small hotel. The rooms are small but updated and exceptionally clean. We found it very quiet for sleeping. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is good shopping and good cafés and restaurants nearby.
The shower, sink area and toilet are separate, which is good. However, the door to the toilet cannot be opened fully because it bumps the bed. Could be a problem for some if all the rooms are the same.
The location - St.Germain Boulevard, Odeon metro station, Cafe de Fleur, Cafe Les Deux Magots - everythng is close. The rooms are nice and country-styled. The staff is helpful.
I didin't like that the hotel blocks a preauthorisation sum on a credit card during check-in, which even exceeds the amount which you have to pay for your whole stay (more than 200 Euro per night) and you cannot use the blocked sum for about a week. On check-out the hotel charges the amount of stay, so for a week it looks like a double-charge.
Location, location, location--staff very nice and helpful
Room not just small, but uncomfortably cramped--couldn't open bathroom door all the way, because the bed was in the way--little room to open two suit cases. Staff helpful, friendly, but disorganized.
Enjoyed the breakfasts, staff, and quiet-for-Paris location. Motif was a nice change from US accommodations.
Bathroom was on the small side, which made showering a little tight.
