De l'enregistrement au service en salle, service du petit dejeuner en chambre et dinner le soir tout etait du 4 etoiles. J'avais loue deux chambres nous faisons partie du meme milieux hotel/restaurant Familial. Nous avons eu le meme accueil que nous donnons a nos clients et non d'un Hotel de Chaine; Si nous retournons a lourdes nous irons au Mercure;

Je trouve inadmissible la taille ridicule des chambres pour un "4 étoiles" Impossible de poser ses bagages sans marcher dessus ! J'avais choisi Mercure suite à un séjour à Annecy, autre lieu autre standing ! J'arrive au parking, 4 employés sont là en train de fumer... J'appelle l'ascenseur, en sortent 3 femmes de ménage et 2 employés. Que faisaient-ils donc tous enfermés en même temps dans cet ascenseur !! Le soir, finale de la coupe de l'Euro de foot : la TV ne marche pas; on la change après la deuxième mi-temps... J'arrête là, je n'en suis pas mort, mais quand même...

One of the best choice in Lourdes. Walking distance to sanctuary Grotto. Clean and efficient room. Not a luxurious hotel but comfort. The staff almost forgot to call our taxi when we do check out to go to the airport. The hotel staff are not check their colleagues note.

La situation géographique, la propreté de la chambre, les produits d'accueil, les produits bio du petit déjeuner. Pas de chauffage au niveau du bar et buffet petit déjeuner un peu cher.

La posizione ed il personale La classificazione: 3 stelle sono piu' che sufficienti. Il ristorante appena passabile. Il prezzo eccessivo per quello che offre.

The view from my balcony was excellent, it was a very beautiful scenery, I can see the river and mountain. It was also easy to find restaurants and cafe's around the restaurants. It was just walking distance to the Grotto. Although the room was small just like most of the hotels in Lourdes, I really enjoyed my stay. Our flight to Paris was at 6:15 p.m., we asked for late checked out but the hotel was not flexible at all. We have to checked out at exactly 12:00 pm. The receptionist told us that because there will be a group check in on that day. We stayed at the hotel lobby until 4:00 pm and there was no group check-in during our waiting time.
