The staff were very helpful and the beds extremely comfortable. We had a lovely view overlooking the River Adour which was a lovely surprise. We had hoped for a few more toiletries in the bathroom and perhaps somewhere to make a cup of tea or a fridge with a couple of bottles of water.

Closeness to center, just over the bridge. And closeness to bus stop that takes you to the airport for 1 euro. Staff was friendly. Cleanliness of bathroom was lacking in that the shower area showed signs of dirt and contained a mildew-y curtain.

Clean room, nothing exceptional - ok. Close to the city center though I think there are hotels closer still. Staff could be more welcoming, small tv screen, bathroom, though clean, a bit basic and could use a refurbishment. Value for money is correct but not exceptional for a 3-star-rated hotel in a rather small town.

The staff are nice. Very close to the old town, just cross the bridge. There were bedbugs on my bed and I got many bites.

The staff were extremeley helpful and spoke english. This hotel also has a great location with a view of the river and it's only a couple minutes walk from the train station. This made it great as a base for exploring the area.
