The old building is nice. Nice view on the Ardour. Staff is good but rooms really dated inside. Hopefully it will be nicer when when renovation is completed

The staff were extremeley helpful and spoke english. This hotel also has a great location with a view of the river and it's only a couple minutes walk from the train station. This made it great as a base for exploring the area.

Casa de banho, desconfortavel no posicionamento da banheira junto a pilar do predio que não permite banho com o corpo direito (em pé). Toalhas de banho de muita fraca qualidade.

Proximité du centre,calme au bord du fleuve avec un petit ciné à 100 mètres. Etat de l'hotel à rafraichir, surtout la salle de bain de notre chambre, la peinture du mur se décolle et tombe dans la baigoire qui elle même dispose d'un rideau plein de taches humides sur le bas. Rideaux de fenêtres défait de la trnigle .

L'amabilité du personnel et l'emplacement de l'hôtel au bord de l'eau. La difficulté à stationner le véhicule à proximité de l'hôtel. L'absence d'un bar dans la chambre. Pour un 3 étoiles peu acceptable. Nous étions sous le toit et la chambre était petite. La fixation de la porte d'entrée est abîmée (mur fissuré côté ascenseur)

la ubicación y las vistas que teniamos ..(tanto del rio,como de uno de los puentes de la ciudad) no tiene practicamente aparcamiento(aunque por poco mas de 32 euros puedes dejarlo 7 dias en el parking de la estación de trenes que esta a 200 m)

Nos encantó el hotel Loustau, especialmente la habitación, con unas impresionantes vistas al río, y la catedral gótica de Bayona reflejándose en sus aguas.El cuarto de baño resultó ser una sorpresa, dentro de su sencillez, con ventanas al río y a la zona de la estación del ferrocarril, una pieza de lo más acogedora y un ejemplo de aprovechamiento del espacio. El personal eficiente y de trato correcto.La limpieza de las instalaciones destacable Seguramente repetiré en Loustau, por todo lo antecedente, pero principalmente por su situación.

Situation géographique escellente proche du centre de bayonne Je ne suis pas satisfait de mon sejour à l'hôtel loustau. Chambre ancienne avec des fissures , vieilles peintures, vieux carrelage, une chambre à vous donner le cafard pour un prix très elevé. Parking éloigné (500m) petit déjeuner à 13 euros.

Als je dit hotel kiest om rede van de ligging aan de Adour dan kom je bedrogen uit. De meeste kamers liggen ergens aan een klein straatje. De kamers zijn oud en afgeleefd en we hebben nauwelijks een oog dicht gedaan vanwege geluidsoverlast. We hebben de nachtwaker hierop aangesproken maar helaas zonder resultaat. Het hotel ligt naast het station en de sfeer in de buurt is niet aangenaam. Kortom € 94 (de goedkoopste kamer) weggegooid geld.
