location was excellent, lots of lovely cafes nearby beds were very uncomfortable, we requested a double bed when booking but were given a room with 2 twin beds jammed together & we slept very unwell. we asked to change room for our remaining 2 nights and got a proper bed which was better but still uncomfortable |

Perfect location, nice area, easy access to the Tube station (Palais Royal) Staff was not welcoming at all, especially the night staff. The beddings was not comfortable and the bathroom is not appropriate for old people. |
