I found staff courteous and helpful. Guidance to attractions was extremely important to a first timer to Paris. Breakfast selection was acceptable and reasonably priced. I also found the hotel to be colorful and quaint. |

The hotel was very central, within easy walking distance of many main attractions and a single train ride from the airport. Reception staff were all friendly and helpful. We were able to check in ahead of time which was great. Room was small but comfortable and clean. It was far too hot however and we could find no instructions for the air con. The size of the lift. The narrowness of the corridors. All typical of this type of hotel in Paris. The noise form the heating/ air conditioning system outside our room was irritating as it never stopped. |

The location is great, all staff personnel were very nice and service-minded and the room & bathroom were clean. I liked that the bathroom was not too small (I lived in room 301). Also the breakfast was good. The size of the room was small, and the beds felt a bit too short for us who are relatively tall people. |

The hotel is situated very close to the Louvre. Excellent to explore Paris. It was well decorated inside and the staff were polite.free wifi and computer. We were on the 5th floor. The lift went to 4th then a very small spiral stair case to the top floor - this was difficult with a suitcase. The door to the floor was opposite our door and again this made it difficult getting in the room. The light in the hall was very dim so you could not see very well to get the key into the door.Inside the room was nice...a little cramped but it is normal in Paris. Bathroom was ok a little mouldy in places but generally clean. The bed wasn't very comfortable it hurt both our backs the next morning.I wouldnt normally moan about this but after a walk around a big city its nice to come back and re-charge and we struggled.Overall Hotel is a 3* for Paris in a good location and is generally decent. |

The twin room we had was clean and it had a comfortable chair and foot stool. The window opened to allow fresh air it also had a quiet air conditioner. The bathroom was clean and towels changed everyday. The small bath was great to soothe tired feet. I did not like the small corridors and lack of daylight. |

The location was great, right next to the Louvre. The staff was very nice and the breakfast too. Great croissants, which is a very good point since you are in Paris. The room was small, though not too small. The price; it was a bit expensive. |

The hotel was idealy situated for seeing all the famous Paris sights. The reception staff were extremely helpful. Although in the heart of the city, the hotel was in a quiet street which was peaceful at night. Our soap was changed daily, which I thought was a bit wasteful. |

Superb location near Louvre, comfortable good-sized bedroom and modern well equipped bathroom. Good buffet breakfast. No warning about awkward narrow access to the 2 rooms on 5th floor (lift stops at 4th floor followd by spiral staircase) nor offer with baggage, despite my obvious advanced years. Good room once I got there! |

The hotel is just next to Louvre museum and metro, it is very easy to move about in Paris. I felt safe to move about in this area at night. All the hotel staff are very polite, helpful and friendly. They speak good English. I would like to thank one of the staff to help me open up my suitcase (The lock is damaged) and booked the airport transfer. Ask hotel staff to help you book minibus to airport. It costs 25euro for one person and 17euro for 2 persons or more. The room is quiet and I slept well every night. The room is clean and bright. I would like to go back to the hotel if I going back to Paris again. The hotel rate is expensive. There is no grocery shop around the hotel as it is just next to Louvre museum. It will be better if the hotel can provide electric kettle in the room. The bathing area is very tiny. |

Central location was the best aspect of this hotel along with the friendly and helpful hotel staff. Hotel rooms were a little on the small side and beds in twin rooms were small and uncomfortable. |

Location, location, location. Almost everything was within walking distance but yet on a quiet side street which meant a peaceful nights sleep. For the price you couldn't ask for a better location. The front desk staff was very kind, helpful and friendly. Lots of cafe's within steps of the hotel. The room size was an issue. The photo's on the site look much bigger than it really is. They used a wide angel lens for the shot. The double bed room which we booked was two single beds and no room inbetween the beds which is not how it presents in the photo. However the staff offered us a larger room (at a little increase in our orginal price) but was well worth it for us. We were very happy with the second room. For first time American travelers to Europe room size will be a shocker. Also the breakfast they offer not worth it tried it once and that was enough. So many lovely cafe's close by that offer much taster fair. |

Staff were very helpful and spoke good English. The room was newly decorated and the spa bath added a touch of luxury but what really sells this hotel is location. The breakfast had very little choice. |
