Excellent localization beautiful place, helpful and friendly staff, bathroom with shower on the roof, clean with qualitity amenities! I love it!

Without fridge on the bedroom.

The staff were very friendly and really helpful with how best to reach points of interest. the rooms were immaculately clean. breakfast was good quality (we only had the continental, but full breakfast was available). the bed was so comfortable. Very central location.

We didn't find anything we didn't like.

Rooms a bit small

Excellent service and great design of interior an furnishings. From the warm welcome to the fond fair well, nothing was too much for the staff to help us with. Dirrections, recommendations and service always with a smile.

Sometimes practicality gave way to design. Dimmer light switches took some getting use to and there was no soap dish. Also, the sink plug did not stop the water.

Absolutely everything - location, interior design, staff always helpful, free wifi (and good wifi!!!), very clean and neat

Maybe they could offer free coffee???

Boutique hotel with flair. Staff very helpful. Reasonably priced breakfast (becoming more and more difficult to find in hotels these days!) Great location

The design is certainly original, and the location excellent with easy access to central Paris, the Louvre, shopping, etc. Very friendly staff too.

The rooms are certainly not big, impossible to open two suitcases and the wardrobe that is provided can probably only host half of the contents of one. Don't think about standing two people in the bathroom either, unless one of them is in the shower. I received a request to fill a questionnaire from the management and they had a question on soundproofing, I almost fell off my chair. I'm surprised they even know the meaning of the word. When other people breathe in the corridor, it seems it is down your neck. Not to mention the nice churning of the elevator engine if you are lucky enough to reside on the last floor, to which there is no elevator because that is precisely where said engine is located. It is insulting to have so little quiet and privacy. To crown it all, we were lucky enough to visit during the auto show, when prices go up 100% in unison in the Paris area, so at the time, €300 euro for sleepless nights sharing a shoe-box with a big engine seemed to good a bargain.

The staff are so wonderfully friendly and obliging. They were more than willing to help with restaurant recommendations/bookings. They spoke excellent English which was very helpful for us as our French is not up to standard! The hotel is very funky and spotlessly clean. It is in a fantastic location only about a 5 mins walk to the Louvre museum.A Unique and excellent experience.

The only negative is that the rooms are fairly small (I understand it is heritage listed and they could not change the size of the rooms or elevator size). If you like lots of space and amenities like a spa/beauty clinic then you would be better staying elsewhere. However I don't spend much time in a hotel room and wasn't looking for a luxury hotel with lots of amenities.

Room nice, but simply too small to enjoy. Hardly space to turn and practically no space for luggage and clothing.

The look and style of the hotel is great. I loved all of the artwork on the walls. The rooms were a nice size and so was the bathroom. And there was AC. The location was great, a 10 minute walk to Louvre.

The hotel and my room was really nice. The bed was so comfortable. If I come to Paris again, I prefer staying at Crayon again.

Room very small with low ceiling, but room sizes in central Paris are always small.

The location is unbelievable. The staff is super accommodating and nice. The decor is totally funky. The rooms might be a bit small for some ppl used to non european hotelst this is Paris!! And everything is a bit small in Paris! Amazing and amazing. Do stay here! And have the croissant at the cafe next door. I didn't eat at the hotel so cant say what the food is like there

In the morning there was some noise in the hotel and some traffic noise.

Location, athmosphere, design

The staff were the most helpful and friendly of anywhere we stayed. The room was spotless and daily cleaning was impeccable. The decor is modern upbeat. We walked from there to all the major tourist attractions. We were made to feel at home.

The hotel is located in a very good area close to most touristic attractions. The breakfast is very good. The room is clean and has excellent furniture, but is too small. Bathroom / bathtub are good in size. The furniture is nice. The housekeeping is good. The staff is very friendly and helpful although very small staff. The hotel provides excellent and very stable free wi-fi.

The lamps inside the room are so weak that you can barely see things because of the lack of light. It looks like there is a voltage problem. Dimmers would be great so each guest would do his / her own lighting way. More strong lamps inside the room would be great. The lack of self-service washer/drier for guests inside the hotel is also remarkable.
