The staff were very friendly and helpful The rooms were tiny, the plumbing is hopeless, the shower was tiny, only a few channels on the digital TV worked, the room smelt strongly of cigarette smoke when we first got in and was still present up until when we left, the carpet had stains all over it....should I go on? |

A very basic room, at a great location. Easy walking distance to subways, walking distance to the Louvre as well as a number of other monuments. The room was extremely small and slightly run down. We were on the 5th floor and the internet signal was very slow at that level and sometimes didn't work at all though we'd just wait and later it would be okay. Definitely if you want something fancy, this is not the place for you. We knew we would spend little time in the room so were okay with this hotel in order to save money while still being close to everything. |

clean, friendly and helpful staff. No elevator to the top floor. For carring a heavy suitcase to clamber the narrow stairs is not easy. Out for hot water in one day. |

Staff were pleasant and always helpful with advice on directions and booking tours. Efficient service. Room was clean and well serviced. Excellent location. Shower was the smallest I have ever seen. Slightly overweight person would not be able to use it. Also the shower screen was broken and non functional which meant the bathroom got extremely wet. We considered this a minor inconvenience and were not surprised based on reviews of Paris hotel rooms we had read beforehand. |

Location. Friendly staff. Comfortable Bed & Pillows. Good amenities like mini bar, tissues etc. Shower cubicle so small could not close the door...would be impossible for a man to use. |

Being 5 minutes from the Louvre was a bonus We found toe clippings on the rug and they stayed there for 3 days. The shower was far too small. We were on the 6th floor and the elevator only went to the 5th. We were under the ventilator fan which ran constantly |

Excellent location between the Louvre and Centre Pompidou. Very easy walk to nearest Metro station. The room was miniscule - smaller than other hotels I've visited in Paris. Also, the night manager said that we needed to call for a taxi to the airport 15-20 minutes before we wanted to leave. When I called in the morning (within that time frame) the morning manager said we needed to allow 30 minutes. Ultimately the taxi came when we needed it to, but the staff needs to communicate better amongst themselves. |

Great staff. All spoke, good to very good English. All helpful and friendly. Room is adequate. Smallish, but that's fine if you are planning on heading out and about each day sight seeing. Very small shower, so a large person would struggle. Internet connection was good, but flakey to keep up. But overall, a place we will use again. |

Great location (right by Louvre, two metros, and plenty of restaurants); friendly staff; non-smoking; very comfortable bed and pillows; good shower; nice breakfast. My mother-in-law stayed on the second floor (we were on the fifth) and could hear the noise from the street and music from a nearby cafe. She still managed to get a good night's sleep, though. |
