Location close to Louvre Quiet street Pleasant efficient staff Excellent buffet breakfast (12 Euros)
Rooms are small Quite expensive
Very convenient location. good price.
Room very very small.
close to everything helpful and super friendly staff the shower the design
location, design of the hotel, helpful and friendly staff.
bed a bit short, room quite small - even for Paris standard.
The staff is friendly and the rooms clean
The very small basin :-)
Loved the decor, the situation, very helpful staff.
Wi if got a bit slow from time to time
Great location. Super-nice staff. Wifi fine and powerful. Plenty of electrical plugs everywhere, perfect x charging devices. Strong stream of water. No issues.
Extremely small rooms, as usual in Paris. My room had everything needed, but it was very small.
Central location Friendly staff Choice of small or full breakfast with different prices Very funky decor
Poor lighting in room making it almost impossible to see Wi-Fi a bit erratic
This was a great hotel, with the best bed I've ever had a a hotel!
Great location Friendly Funky
Some rooms a not small
location air conditioning cleanliness
remodeling noise, booked into a new section without warning, elevator often did not work, poor communication from staff re amenities and lack of amenities due to the remodeling, address is on one street but we were booked into new section which was around the block...had to schlep baggage around the block with no help, no front desk support when asking for medical assistance
The cosiness a small hotel can offer and great location.
Additional hangers and shelfs in the bathroom for toiletry. Sent some questions before arrival that was not answered even when resent.
We liked everything about this hotel. It was cute and comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfasts were perfect for us. Our room was very nice, with exceptional bedding and a good bathroom. All this, plus a terrific location.
Can't think of a thing.
The location: this boutique hotel is right in the centre of Paris (literally 5 mins' walk from Les Halls metro station, provided you can find the right exit. It's the metro's problem that the indications are terrible and very inconsistent!) The staff: the gentleman at the reception went out of his way to help and make our stay a very pleasant one. Merci, monsieur! The room: it's small, but very homey and the deco was both retro (the walls and the books on the shelves) and funky (the "graffiti" in the lift)
I was travelling with my 5-year-old, but they charged both of us the same full price on the buffet breakfast we had. The food was quite good though.
The hotel was charming and the staff very helpful. The location was within walking distance to many of most travelers ' places of interest. My room although small was comfortable.
The room was small although within small room standards of Paris.
fantastic staff, great location I will be back.
nothing, great place to stay
Nice lactation and good staffs.
Each room has it's own character, informal express breakfast great and good standard, great location in the city.
Sound proofing of rooms is poor, so you can hear the elevator and loud Americans on their mobile phones late at night.
the artistic atomsphere，cute and lovely and ideal location
Fab mix of design styles executed with class. Very comfortable. Staff were excellent - very friendly and helpful.
I don't put much emphasis on the size of the room, as the Americans do. Coffee and tea in the room is not that important, as the Britons tend to stress. Being Norwegian, what is important to me is a decent breakfast. In this hotel it is excellent!
Noise form the street. But, it's Paris, and difficult to avoid.
Everything. The hotel was great, perfect location, very nice people, the rooms were clean and nice, the bathrooms were very nice. Very happy.
There was one gentleman that worked at the front desk and seemed to take advantage of the fact that we were tourists. He told us it would not be possible to flag a cab of our own. "It doesn't work like that in paris". This was the first night. The cab had a 10EUR fee the second we got in and it was more expensive for whatever reason. The rest of the trip we had no problem getting a cab anywhere we were. I believe he was making money. He wanted us to go to his restaurants, etc. It was shady to say the least.
