Location to the louvre and tuilleries garden and to the opera garnier.
Smell in bathroom and heat of room, glad to have a fan though which made it perfectly fine
Location is nice - 5 vin to Louvre
The hotel is dirty. all the carpets throughout the hotel in some pyatnahyu rooms are small and old. Heard neighbors and side and top. Untidy bathroom, tiles partly not. Strange smell throughout the hotel
Fantastic location I messed up booked standard rooms one with a double bed in and a single bed and the other was a small double bed in the other room. 3 person room lovely overlooking street, 2nd room very small rubbish outlook and real problems with floor sloping, I asked if I could upgrade it wasn't possible, the 21 yr old and the 16 year old boys had to sleep together and our 14 year old girl had to stay in with the boys so if you are like us with older children book 2 three bedded bedrooms, but location fantastic,
Stairs can be a problem, and floors sloping
You can get to several places by walking from the Hotel. Palais Royal and Pyramides stations are so close. Great service from all the staff, thanks so much for your attention, we would certainly come back!
No lift at the hotel, little complicated with our luggage. Is good to have breakfast at the hotel cause that way you save time but after 3 days of eating the same is no longer yummy.
Compact size of the room. Thought it was advertised as being much bigger than what it was
Great location and good value for money but this is a no frills hotel! Rooms small but I travelled solo so it worked for me.
No lift No room service Sheets and washing off reception, not great
Location and great customer service
A/c should be cooler
The location of this hotel was great and within walking distance of the metro, the Louvre and Palais Royal.
The general cleanliness and hotel facilities were well below average and different to the photos. They were small, there were no showers and the it was very noisy. There is no elevator so beware of climbing lots of stairs. We stayed for 7 days and wished we had booked an another hotel especially for the price we paid.
Room to small
location beside public road. toilet was poor and shower was poor too. it didnt have light in the room. a little dirty
Location was great!
I lost 4 Kilos going up and down the stairs and suffered altitude sickness.
The bathroom- there was no shower only a bath with a hose, The rooms were dated and did not reflect the images on the Internet at the time of booking. Walls were thin with noise travelling loudly.
The proximity to everything Paris has to offer. And some great Japanese restaurants surrounding the Hotel. A change from typical French food.
The hotel does not have a lift, which is fine when you are not carrying your suitcases.
Location! Location! Location! Fabulous attractions and food nearby. Safe & secure.
The hotel needs to be more up-front about their rules of no laundry in room and no eating/drinking in room.
location is perfect.
no elevator, narrow stairs, hard to reach to rooms
The room was clean and well maintained.
The stairs are a bit precarious, but it was not a huge drawback. Just more steps!
Clean, newly renovated, modern, friendly staff, public parking nearby, peefect location, nice breakfast: highly recommendable!
Loved the location so near to everywhere.Very friendly staff. They were all so helpful and smiling all the time. We were able to leave our bags there as we had a late flight which was very useful. Some good restaurants close by for dinner.
Room 32 very small and dark but very clean. Did not look like the standard room on the booking site ours was much smaller. Breakfast was good the first day but fruit was not replenished each day so by day 3 there was not much left!
Good location and staff. Clean rooms.
No elevator. Reception on second floor with rooms on the 3rd and 4th.
Smell in the room, missing shampoo the 1st day (I had to ask). The entrance is not in the street, you have to climb a stair.
we had the attic room. It was realy nice, no noise, clean. the staff was friendly. When you enter the hotel, you have no idea the rooms will be so nice. Really liked our stay!
The decor was simple and modern, the bathroom was nice, the hotel clerk generously let us use some champagne glasses for a toast, liked the location close to the Louvre
There was no elevator. Very small rooms but considering the price it was ok.
Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is great.
Need more cleaning
loved the room, freshly refurbished. the location is perfect.
Should need an elevator and a refurbished entrance/hallway.
modern design room with new furnitures...
windows were looking on to the building interior.
