Location minutes from the Louver, Notre Dame, Les Halles (when reopened) Pompidou Centre and even Le Marais. Recently renovated with compact rooms boutique atmosphere.
Breakfast seemed expensive but didn't take it so cannot really say. Cafes are seconds away anyway.
The location was fantastic and the boys at reception were excellent!
The deposit for the tv remote and paying for internet and the use of the room safe we're quite a shock! Also a fridge in the room would have been a bonus I find they are included in all hotels I have ever stayed in.
Location, location, location Great service; staff very helpful and accommodating - thank you. The room (although small) is very well renovated and one can see an interior designers hand in the decor - great job.
The size of the room could be a detriment to some, but was absolutely fine for a short stay (1-2 nights). For a longer stay, a larger room with a comfortable sitting area for two would be better.
Location, staff, price, rooms, ease of booking... Loved everything
Not a thing!
The location was great. The bathtub!!
Maid did not clean room everyday.
Unlimited WiFi access. Easy check in and check out. Hotel open 24 hours; late homecoming not an issue. Balcony. Mini bar. Big T.V.
Comfortable accommodation, nice and quiet but close to lots of tourist sites
The staff was very helpful when I needed questions answered. The breakfast was amazing, cappachino machine! There is a small ramp to accommodate my scooter and they let me keep it down in the lobby to charge up. It had CNN, which my daughter has to watch every day! Very close to the Louvre Museum. We walked there. Also a lovely pastry shop near by.
I asked for a handicapped accessible room, and even tho the shower was a walk in, there were no bars to hold on to, also no bars next to the toilet. I should have asked for another room, but we were only there two days so we let it go.
Friendly staff, mini-bar, no noise, central location, comfortable bed, cleanliness.
near metro,city center
very small elevator.
Location is very close to subway. A very short walk to Shopping area and restaurants. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Good size room for Paris standard. A/C is working well but location above front door of my room means that cool air does not circulate well. Either too warm when set at normal temp or too cold when lower the temp. For the rate I booked 3 months in advance, it is a good value for money.
Eventhrough You are tuck away from the main busy street, but those thin walls between rooms may keep you awake. People talking and door slamming may wake you up during very late hours Bed is a bit on harder side for my taste.
Convenience next to Rue de Rivoli, nice neighborhood, quiet street! The staff is responsive and accommodated our request.
Nothing to report.
As a young couple wanting to do lots of sightseeing this hotel is in an ideal place, very close to the metro and in walking distance of many attractions. The room in itself was clean and freshly rearranged everyday by the cleaning staff. The bathroom facilities were also good with a powerful power head. The hotel, although in the middle of busy Paris is quiet and the double glazed windows keep any noise out such as police sirens which can be heard alot in Paris.
The room which we stayed in 104- executive suite was much smaller than expected, so much so that my partner went down to reception to ask if we had been put in the correct room. The pictures on booking.com and also other sites show the hotel rooms to be much larger than they are. When we asked at reception we were told that we had the last executive room available and were told that if we were so bothered we could ask again in the morning. Another thing that could have made the experience better would have been if the shower head was actually at the correct height to shower, we have to bathe and use the shower head when in the bath due to not wanting a dead arm when washing. The last thing is that, although there is a bar in the reception area, there was never a bar attendant and it seemed that no one used the bar area, which for us was a great pitty.
Location, location, location. The hotel is just in the city center, very close to museums, Seine, shopping districts and much more within a walking distance. Even we did not use metro for one day, except Disneyland visit day. The facilities were also satisfactory, just good balance of price & benefit.
Shower water leakes to the bath so much, some protection is required. The cleanliness is not satisfactory, I think due to service staff. The room service & breakfast staff should be trained for how to deal with customers.
Location is perfect. One minute walk from the Chatelet metro station.
Only one key per room.
Location was great and short distance to train station. Bathroom was small but was expected as most are in europe.
That the window didnt open all the way.
The area was awesome near chatelet or chalet le halles (1m walk). The receptionist called Victoria was a very helpful person and a very good English communication. The hotel is very trendy and nicely decorated. The rooms are clean and adequately spaced.
Location beside Rue Rivoli
Close to main attractions
Receptionists can be more welcoming, smile and helpful especially for visitors and strangers to Paris.
web site misleading ruined our holiday and charged for 1 day and for 3 breakfast which we thought we had already paid. very poor show shame on you
Perfectly situated Hotel 1 minute from the Metro giving access to all Paris easily. Good area for walking to Louvre and Eiffel Tower. Staff very polite and friendly, easily able to communicate and very helpful. Room comfortable and plenty of cupboard space. Safe and fridge were a welcome bonus.
Did not feel breakfast was value for money. Very limited choice, and not very well stocked. Gave up on third day and went out to breakfast.
Room was laid out well
Shower wasn't well maintained, bed wasn't comfortable, advertised certain TV channels which we didn't receive, staff weren't helpful, security wasn't good as people on several occasions tried to get into our room. No milk with brewing facilities.
clean rooms, good smell, window with seats next to it,very close to louvre and pompadour centre
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and willing to go the extra mile for us. The location was excellent - walking distance to most attractions and charming restaurants, and close to the main train station and metro. The room was clean and comfortable and adequate for our needs. Our stay in Paris was memorable and we would recommend this hotel to friends and family.
Nothing - we enjoyed our stay very much.
