The hotel is very near to everywhere. Louvre Museum, Opera House, etc. In my room, the balcony's door was broken, i couldn't close it. So the room was too cold. After sometime they have fixed it. But service came late. |

Its central loaction, cleanliness and friendly & helpful staff Maybe it was beyond their control but the hotel was undergoing some construction work and that caused bit of hassle and mess around the reception and the lift. I am sure they were doing improvement work which would be better for the future |

The location & the staff were excellent. I needed a kettle or microwave for heating up my baby's food but they didn't have any. The lift was too small for a pushchair, but that might be rectified once the building work is finished. |

Its location was perfect to see around the city during my stay. The rooms had been renovatd, so it was very clean.(especially the bathroom was nice) It is still on renovation, so the rounge at ground floor is not yet equipped. |
