Room is clean and look modern. Breakfast was included which is a definite plus. Location is great. Some staff's friendliness seems artificial. (At least they try to look friendly). Some other look genuinely nice and very helpful. |

The staff was as helpful and courteous as any I've encountered in my 50 years of traveling overseas. The desk staff made great efforts to help the airlines locate our missing luggage, made telephone calls to confirm reservations, looked up numbers of friends in Paris...I was most grateful for their unfailing patience and dedicated efforts on my behalf. In addition, the location was an ideal one for visiting Paris. |

The location of the hotel is excellent very near a Metro stop, the Louvre and other excellent museums, Notre Dame, Seine River, etc. The second floor room was newly renovated, large, quite attractive, comfortable, well equipped , quiet, had nice tub and shower, and had a nice door with windows opening to a balcony over the street. The lift or elevator is small. But, otherwise we were quite pleased. |

The hotel was located near many attractions, including the Louvre and Notre Dame. Shopping was nearby, also very good cafes and brasseries. The room was very small. |

Location was excellent-2 minutes from the Louvre, 5 minutes from Notre Dame, nice area with cafes all around. Staff was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Rooms were nice size and very clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris and I will definitely stay there again. The breakfast which was not included in room rate was over priced for the selection offered. Ate there the first morning and never again...eggs were under cooked, bacon not cooked at all. Both of those items were disgusting. The other items...breads, cheeses, cold meat, cereals, etc were the normal items served at all hotels. |

The room was neat and new with bright walls comfortable beds, but a bit tight on space. I think that is normal for Paris. The bathroom was interesting however the lighting around the mirror was totally inadequate for shaving. The shower was exditing but the working of the faucets etc. was not explained and took time to adjust. Only one person was the receptionist, concierge, telphone operator and checkout clerk. No one to help with the baggage. |

Generally, the politeness and helpfulness of the staff-especially at the front desk. The only thing we would like is tea and coffee making facilities within our own room rather than the lobby |

Very clean hotel and centrally located. Plenty of good local restaurants. Will still recommend the hotel but some reservation Room are relatively small. The breakfast are little overpriced for what are served. The concierge aren't very knowledgeable about the area. |

The hotel room had excellent shower and bathroom facilities. The interior design and decoration of each room is stylish/ attractive and very comfortable. We were very pleased to be able to open our windows to the parisienne street. The hotel is ideally located for the Louvre and many of the city's main highlights. Although the staff were pleasant their very limited english made it difficult for us to gain any information beyond the bare basics. We wonder if this hotel sees itself as a tourist hotel, or has mainly french speaking visitors. We think the hotel should have far more brochures, maps and information about Paris available for tourists. |
