no comment. too expensive price, low service, narrow corridor,.. most of them....if you stay this hotel, you can see the next building wall through the windows. |

it was too expensive as a hotel nearby was half the price that we paid. Breakfast was expensive as well so we were eating outside which was a lot more cheaper. We had a superior rooma nd it was not worth the price at all. I asked for a double bed but got 2 twin bed. Temperature was set too hot and can not be reduced. Stange enough the were a lot of mosquitoes and both of us had mosquitoes bites. Most of the receptionists were nice except one who were on a personal call and made me wait for 15-20 minutes to attend to me. so I look at this as bad manner. I recommend to anuone who is planning to stay there don't. It is too expensive and there is another hotel just 3-4 doors from there which is even cheaper. |

The room was perfect very comfortable and a good bathroom. Very quiet and we had the window open at night. Easy spot to go and find breakfast in the morning. Hotel staff rather aloof but maybe that is just Paris. There was a mysterious incident with a bottle of beer being removed from our fridge and being left half drunk in our bathroom, no apology was made. |

Nice walk-in shower. Comfortable bed. All the rigmarole at reception upon check-in (photocopy of passport, filling in forms with credit card numbers), details which the hotel already had! |

Its position is ideal for tourism. The rooms were extremely small, no natural light at all and the corridor is worse than a jail. The elevator is made for monkeys. |

The location of this hotel is excellent. Quite close to the shopping area and 1 min away to Lourve Rivoli station and 5 mins walking distance to Les Halle station. Nice staffs. Restaurant recommendations are really excellent. There are two wings in this hotel. The second wing has much larger room but not available in Booking.com. We got one night in second wing when we returned from London. Somehow, the bath shower gel and shampoo not refilling everyday. |

The location is wonderful, a great pizza place (wood burning oven) is right next door. This is convenient to the metro, the windows make the room very quiet and the staff is very helpful and gracious. |

After staying in 3 hotels in Switzerland on the way to Paris. It was pleasant to have a larger room. I opted for the Premium and I am glad I did. This hotel is in a wonderful location. The breakfast is very good and the lady in charge of breakfast was just absolutely wonderful!! Ou small balcony (Premium Room) overlooked a busy street and we thoroughly enjoyed sitting there watching exciting Paris go by. I would really consider this hotel again if we are ever blessed to return. The front desk (first 2 mornings) did not have a lot information regarding eateries and directions. They seem willing to only relate via the preprinted materials, which were not always helpful. I think this hotel was quite expensive to be so very small building wise. But I guess that is the nature of inner Paris hotels. There were steps leading into our room which made getting the luggage up them rather inconvenient. The "lift" as it is called (elevator) is extremely small, but that seems to be a European thing as they were small in Switzerland as well. My husband had to load the two bags on with me and meet me at the room. Even with that I was pushed to the rear and I am rather small. |

Convenient to cafes, restaurants, and local attractions. Confusion at check out. A credit card form was completed upon check in but didn't seem to be entered upon check out resulting in delay with airport shuttle. |

The hotel is what you expect for the price. It is situated very near the Louvre, so if you want to see Paris, its just perfect. I did not have any problems at this hotel. |

Only 5 min easy walk to Chatelet metro as there are no steps there instead there is an elevator down to metro to connect to cdg. We stayed at another hotel the first 3 nights arriving from London, the steps nearly killed us. There is another metro stop closer but we rather walk the 5 minutes to get to the elevator. Very clean, modern room, bed a little hard but too tired to notice it, bedroom was spacious by Paris standard. Nice reasonable cafes all closeby. Dark room, no natural light. Pricey for what you get but Paris is not cheap. Could not connect to our wireless internet on our lap top but no problem with connection in the first hotel we stayed in. Breakfast not included in rate, cost 17euros each which we rather not have. |

It was centrally located and very easy to get to various museums. Rooms were small and no where to sit. If you wanted a concierge to help you with trips, etc. this is not the hotel to stay at. |

The hotel was conveniently located near a great many of the places we wanted to visit in Paris. We did not care for the elevator in the hotel. |
