Great location, 5 min walk to Lourve, trainstation and 'hop on off tour' stop. Bedroom and bathroom very spacious and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Booked the room at almost a 1/2 price rate, thanks booking.com!! Very small lift (common for most European hotels)

Very good location next to the Louvre. Excellent front desk staff. For a stay of two people for more than a day or two the space is unfit. No shelves or drawers for clothes. Very small closet. No chairs to sit in. No surfaces to put anything. Bed is awful, two singles pushed together with lumpy mattress. No view at all. Laundry prices are ridiculous better to buy new clothes

The location was perfect. Centrally located with easy access to the Louvre on a street with many boutiques and restaurants. The rooms were lovely. Nicely decorated, clean and quiet and the staff was very helpful. The buffet was nice but not worth 19 euros per person.

The location is absolutely great: near metro, Louvre, and has several boulangeries and even a supermarket nearby! The restaurant next door makes fantastic pizza! Tiny hallway (outside of room) and super tiny elevator. Most of all we think the 19 Euros per person cost for breakfast was just unreasonable.

The location of this hotel, very near the Louvre, was handy Compared with the other place I stayed in Paris, the staff were pretty unfriendly, the room was smaller (but still OK) and the hotel was significantly more expensive. If staying in Paris again I would definitely stay a little further out from the centre near a metro station (the Marais district is excellent for this). it is so easy to find your way on the Metro there is no need to be this central, as you pay for the privilege.

Location was great 30 min walk through the louvre grounds to the Arc De Triumph, Decor very modern. Breakfast very good if paying for the hot buffet option. Hotel was 10 mins walk from the train station connection to cdg airport and 2 mins walk to the Lourve Rivioli Metro. We loved this part of town as the area was more liken to where the locals eat and shop. The hotel is perfect for a weekend trip to Paris, far enough away from the tourist traps but close enough for a look. There is a small bar in the hotel but we never had the time to use it. Price of room was good but I waited fro a deal with upto 50% reduction as I booked two days before. Limited communal area but when in Paris we were out and about all day.

Quality of the bed was ok. Extremely narrow corridors difficult to pass with the luggage, very small rooms. Sometimes I felt cigarette smoke in the room. Very poor service at the reception and at the breakfast. Extremely expensive hotel for such a poor quality.

Location good as it is one block from the Louvre. Easy walking to many areas of the city and the Metro is nearby. The lobby is small and contemporary with little Paris style. The reception staff is efficient but not eager to be of assistance. We booked the room on the same day we arrived happy to at last have found one available in the area.

Good location Not a 4 star hotel! rooms are very small; the staff (with the exception of the reception) definitely lacks training (or is underpaid) - no smiles, no greetings, no service mentality, guests at the beakfast-romm get the impression to be unwelcome; compared with other Best Western Premier Hotels (in Germany for ex.) the breakfast is minimalistic and not of a good standard: scrambled eggs were hard, the selection of cheese was limited to two kinds (in France !), the water in the Evian bottle came from the tap etc.

The staff were excellent. Friendly and always helpful. Never appeared put out, and always willing to answer questions and make or stay an excellent one. The rooms are a bit small, but we got the deluxe so it wasn't too bad. Yo have to regularly re-log-in to the wifi, which is a bit of a pain, but it always worked. It would be great if they had more electrical outlets in the room. The elevator is small, but that's pretty common for European hotels. Breakfast was a bit pricey at e19, but it is for the room, not per-person, so not so bad if you are more than one person.

The location of the hotel was ideal, walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. The room was clean and comfortable and ideal for our weekend stay. Bed was exactly what we needed after our long flight from Australia. The bathroom was spacious and spotless. Small elevator and stairwell but really not an issue - typical for Europe.

The hotel was really close to the louvre - 5 minute walk. It was clean and across the road from restaurants and bars. The breakfast was really good with a wide selection. The lift corridor and room were really small, closed in and claustrophobic. I did see this in other reviews but didnt take too much notice as I didnt think it would bother me. But I have to say it was extremely small and dark, no windows in the corridor and the room had one window that opened onto a roof light. No window in the bathroom. I know this is to be expected in a small hotel in the centre of paris.

Room was fairly large for two (a deluxe room) off the street and with a resonably large bathroom for a French hotel. Cleaned nicely each day. Location is good but not a real shopping area. I thought the breakfast was too expensive, the room too expensive, the services minimal. You can stay in a real hotel for the same price or slightly more.

For a 4-star hotel, the breakfast was rather meagre. We stayed for 2 nights and each morning we had to ask for croissants. They don't serve cappucino; they only serve french breakfast coffee.
