The location & the staff were excellent.

I needed a kettle or microwave for heating up my baby's food but they didn't have any. The lift was too small for a pushchair, but that might be rectified once the building work is finished.

Its location was perfect to see around the city during my stay. The rooms had been renovatd, so it was very clean.(especially the bathroom was nice)

It is still on renovation, so the rounge at ground floor is not yet equipped.

The room was very tidy, quiet and beautiful.

The lobby was under renovation work in the beginning of August 2008. The security issues concerned me somewhat. To the forth floor, there was only one narrow staircase.

The bedroom was very nice and spacious. The breakfast was good. The location was excellent.

The building works but the hotel should be lovely when they are complete.

Only the central location, to be honest

The entire hotel was one big construction site. Given the scale of refurbishments, it should have been shut down for the duration of building works. There was no computer to use for internet access, only wireless (for people who have brought their laptops with them) Hotel staff only intermittently friendly, unco-operative when I asked for a one-hour extension on check-out and complained about nois

Breakfast at the room, nice staff, rooms are small but adequate approx 5 mins from Louvre.

I did not like the shower because it was never well connected to the wall and I had to fix it every time. And the TV was hard to turn it on.

Central location, a good size room which had recently been refurbished to a high standard. There was also a very good Italian restaurant next door.

The rest of the hotel is still undergoing refurbishment and was a bit of a building site, however this did not cause any problems or inconvenience during our stay.

Very nice and renovated room. However the hotel was being completely
renovated and the room had not been quite finished, thus the reduced
rate that we got. When they have finished the hotel will be very nice.
The location is excellent, just 75 meters from the Metro (Louvre-Rivoli)
at the end of the Louvre and just a block away from the Rue de Rivoli.

Due to the renovation we did not try any of the extra amenities. The
staff did everything needed to make our stay pleasant.

OK since it was just renovated. I could imagine how it looked like before. Considering it was still under renovation, the price should have been lower because of the inconvenience.

The fire alarm turned on for a good 15 minutes which was really annoying. One receptionists, although friendly did not know how to transfer a call to the room which again was annoying; another one did not know where the location of some places where. While encouraging working young students, they should at least have the information about basic stuff on tourism or how to be more service oriented
