It is very well located in the middle of the main street. The room was quite small including the bathroom. Wifi did not work, the towells were damaged and we found some belonging from previous clients. The overall rate of the hotel should not be higher than 3 stars hotel.

L'hotel est trés propre, bien situé.nous avions oubliés quelque chose le matin en partans et l' avons récupéé le soir (personnel honnête) Sur le site , photos trés attrayantes quand à la surface mais sur place , étions sous les toits donc mansardée , pas de surface utilisable . petit déjeuner trés moyen ( viennoiseries décongelées avec un mauvais gôut de pétrole!! Oeufs brouillés baignants dans l'huile ainsi que le bacon !!) trés mauvais rapport qualité/prix...

la piscine,la petite salle de gym,l hotel est relativement calme,la piscine a balle pour enfants le manque de chaine a la tv dans les chambres,devoir payer sa place de parking,le vestiaire pour la piscine ou il fait un peu froid ainsi que le carrelage par terre (pas tres agréable).l insonorisation des fenetres est tres moyenne egalement

Le design Chambre non insonorisée (impossible de dormir à cause du bruit dans la rue), chambre surchauffée et non réglable, petit déjeuner moyen pour un 4*(ex : aucun fruit, yaourt "intermarché", mini viennoiseries de qualité très médiocre..) , piscine à l'extérieur du bâtiment et très peu chauffée. Poussière entre les meubles de la chambre. Pour nous, qui d'habitude ne sommes pas exigeants, très déçus par cet hôtel qui ne mérite pas son classement 4*.

Chambre spacieuse et calme. Piscine et jaccuzi tres agreable. Bien situé dans Luchon. Petit dejeuner trop cher (12 euros) par rapport à la qualité des produits : jus d'orange en poudre mélangé à de l'eau, viennoiseries seches, jambon bas de gamme. Connexion internet Wifi de tres mauvaise qualité. Aucune étagère dans la salle de bain pour poser sa trousse de toilette. Acces au parking tres etroit : les traces sur les murs en témoignent !! Réception tv catastrophique surtout dans un 4 étoiles.

Bon accueil à l'arrivée et convivialité avec le personnel (accueil, personnel du petit déjeuner), emplacement de l'hôtel dans le centre-ville, parking privé. On parle d'un hôtel 4 étoiles : les draps n'étaient pas changés tous les jours, pas de shampooing ou gel douche tous les jours, petit déjeuner limite...

Chambre spacieuse et très propre, personnel agréable, Plein centre de Luchon et proche pistes de ski. Petit-déjeuner limite pour un 4 étoiles et piscine intérieure pas très bien entretenue ( liner ), jacuzzi ne fonctionne pas ou pas bien. Ce n'est pas un hôtel de luxe

Prima verzorgde strak-ingerichte kamer. Prima ontbijtbuffet. Vriendelijk personeel. Al had ik gelezen dat de parkeer-mogelijkheid niet in orde was; heel pijnlijk was het dat wij dit zelf hebben ervaren: door de onverantwoord- smalle toegang tot de parkeerplaats is onze auto beschadigd. Met een klein(smal autootje zal dit geen probleem zijn). Mijn advies is dus om elders te parkeren.
