The service of the receptionists was exceptional. The location is also fabulous. I didnt like how never the room was cleaned properly. We would have to ask them to take the garbage and change the towels all the time. And once we threw on the floor dirty towels and they fold them back without changing it. We also hated that the restaurant had weird hours and it was difficult to order food there. We also thought the rooms were too small for the price we paid. The tv was also a problem, every time we would turn it off we had to call someone to turn it on cause it didn't just worked out. |

Good breakfast; comfortable bed Extremely cramped room and bathroom; no room to sit at table, but at the high end of the price range (200Euro). Had the room been larger, the experience would have been much better and as expected. |

It was in a good position to visit the major tourist attractions and good restaurants. It did not have internet available to clients unless you had your own computer. It did not offer tea and coffee in your room, you had to buy from room service. |

The hotel was centrally located in the Louvre area and within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. The room was stylish and comfortable. As with many city hotels, the room was compact, however it had everything we required. |

convenient localtion- next to St Honore shopping street, two minutes from Metro, two minutes walk to Louvre, helpful personnel- will help you with any directions, will book anything for you like restaurant, they advised me a hairdresser and made an appointment. No proper place to store your clothes, so be prepared to keep your clothes in a suitcase. Bathroom is a little inconvenient- the curtains for the bathtub is too short so the water is all over your bathroom after you have a shower. The window/door (full size) curtains in the bathroom is difficult to fix so you simply walk naked or sit on the toilet watching people in the building next to you. |

Very nice hotel. Very good location in the city. Underground parking close to hotel and out on the street (but only in the night ) you can find free places. Internet connection was perfect. Fresh, clean room. Smell in the lobby was not so nice... |

Near to lots of place of interest. Convenient and easy access to shops and restuarant. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Their services were execellent. I am impressed by their patience and enthusiam. Hotel should provide complimentary coffee and tea. Should also provide water heating flask for the guest to boil water. |
