Hotel Lumen Paris Louvre  

The location, cleanliness and comfort of the room were excellent. As well as the front desk staff which were very friendly and helpful when we have asked for directions and best ways of moving around Paris. Most impressed with the fact that at least one of the front line staff spoke various languages.

The basement toilettes weren't that clean when I happen to use them once. Also there were some sort of refurbishment happening in that area that as a customer didn't need to see.

Beautiful rooms with great design touches. Lovely bathroom with big bath and Hermes Toiletries. Very comfortable bed and very quiet rooms. Hotel staff were excellent and very helpful for restaurant recommendations. Would stay here again for sure! Awesome location near the Lourve, Opera etc.

The location was superb. The bed extreemly comfortable. Staff charming.

The lighting in the room was poor. Table lamp and sockets not working. My husband and I had to take our map into the bathroom to be able to see well enough to read it. Room design/layout at times difficult to use.

Emplacement exceptionnel, design baroque contemporain très agréable, très bonne literie, et chambre spacieuse pour personne seule en couple la surface de la chambre doit être limite. Le restaurant partenaire de l'hôtel lumen; chez oscar c'est de la haute voltige, une carte des vins incroyable, et en cuisine des jeunes voltigeurs italiens passionnés qui maitrisent et osent vous proposer des purées de pdt liquides au safran pour accompagner une caille rôtie à la perfection. Une cuisine italienne orchestrée par un jeune chef una maestro.

Un hôtel 3 étoiles luxe oui, mais 4 étoiles non. Les prix qui changent tous les jours en fonctions des manifestations Parisennes Un léger désagrément à l'annonce d'une résa Booking.com. La chambre décrite par l hôtel n'était pas celle allouée à l'arrivée.

Purtroppo c'era un sistema centralizzato di estrazione dell'aria abbastanza rumoroso, non disattivabile e fastidioso da sopportare per tutta la notte

A localização é fantastica para quem vai visitar a cidade: metro perto e parargem do opentour mesmo abeira.

O pequeno almoço é carissimo e o bufet péssimo.

Für Pariser Verhältnisse ein typisch kleines, jedoch stylisches und räumlich optimal ausgerichtetes Zimmer (3 Fenster!) mit idyllischem Blick auf Saint Roche! - Sehr ruhig - Angenehmes, unaufdringliches, stets freundliches Hotelpersonal. - Tolles Interieur.

Mijn partner en ik hebben een super verblijf gehad in Parijs. Spijtig dat het zo kort was, maar toch, zeker de moeite waard. De jacuzzi, het bed, de kamer .. Gewoon alles heeft ons echt doen genieten.

A localização é excelente, ao lado do Louvre, Metrô, Ópera de Paris e centros de compras. Funcionários muito gentis, café da manhã bem típico e saboroso. Um verdadeiro Art Deco no coração de Paris. Pretendo voltar.

Como já exposto em outros comentários, os quartos são minúsculos. Se optarem por este hotel, tentem reservar as acomodações de nível mais superior possível. A iluminação dos quartos e do hotel como um todo é bem baixa, respeitando o estilo Art Deco, mas causando certas dificuldades.

Accueil excellent avec des petites attentions très appréciables. La suite Chambre Zen est superbe et design, joliment meublée avec un jacuzzi très agréable et une bonne literie. A recommander pour une nuit romantique!

Petit problème au niveau de la climatisation dans la chambre Zen car l'arrivée d'air arrivant dans la chambre ramène toutes les odeurs extérieures: de cigarettes, des cuisines... un peu désagréable au réveil. Mauvaise isolation des fenêtres, avenue bruyante mais le lit est si confortable que nous avons vite bien dormi!
