Staff was very helpful and available 24 hours a day. Location was within walking distance of Louvre and Metro. One night my air conditioner didn't work, but they had it fixed the next day.

Conceirge and Front disk, the persons in charge were so good and friendly. But wake up morning call mistook one hour. Location is so convenience for sightseeing and shopping. In other side of the window Room 201, when I opened the door, I found the dead of pigion.

Location is nice. Metro station just 200m away. Decoration is nice but lights not enough. Room is small, even we couldnt find a place to open our suitcase. Lights are not enough. I dont have any problem about my eyes but still so diffecult to read anything in the room. you should go to bathroom to read.

The location, cleanliness and comfort of the room were excellent. As well as the front desk staff which were very friendly and helpful when we have asked for directions and best ways of moving around Paris. Most impressed with the fact that at least one of the front line staff spoke various languages. The basement toilettes weren't that clean when I happen to use them once. Also there were some sort of refurbishment happening in that area that as a customer didn't need to see.

Good location, excellent atmosphere and design for that money, friendly staff, nice rooms and cool beds. No 24-hour room service, elevator remained broken for several days, not enough space in the bathroom where to put small things, even a toothbrush.

ロケーションは観光に関しては完璧の位置関係にあると思います。 一人旅行でのダブルのシングルユースだったので広さに関しては 十分だったです。 フロントの対応もチェックアウト後の荷物も問題なく夕方まで 預かって貰えましたし問題点はほとんどありませんでした。 今回21時半から翌日の8時までの10時間半の滞在でしたが次回は 最低3泊以上はしたいと思っています。

Son emplacement. La présence d'un restaurant et d'un room service. La gentillesse du personnel. Une cuisine correcte. Excellente insonorisation entre les chambres et bonne isolation vis à vis des bruits de la rue, le silence a été apprécié. La propreté des locaux est irréprochable. La salle de bain : extrême exiguité, manque de point de suspension et de tablette pour poser ses affaires, eau de la douche peu abondante et de température irrégulière (douche écossaise). Dans la chambre, très peu de place pour poser ses affaires, table à écrire à côté... Le mot "suite" est nettement surfait. D'une manière générale, que ce soit dans la chambre comme dans les circulations, manque de lumière évident.

Für Pariser Verhältnisse ein typisch kleines, jedoch stylisches und räumlich optimal ausgerichtetes Zimmer (3 Fenster!) mit idyllischem Blick auf Saint Roche! - Sehr ruhig - Angenehmes, unaufdringliches, stets freundliches Hotelpersonal. - Tolles Interieur.

situación, atención del personal y el estilo de decoración pintura desconchada, tenía una habitación superior y el baño no tenía casi espacio para poner las cosas... eso si la ducha era muy grande, aunque también necesitaría un rotuque.

Emplacement exceptionnel, design baroque contemporain très agréable, très bonne literie, et chambre spacieuse pour personne seule en couple la surface de la chambre doit être limite. Le restaurant partenaire de l'hôtel lumen; chez oscar c'est de la haute voltige, une carte des vins incroyable, et en cuisine des jeunes voltigeurs italiens passionnés qui maitrisent et osent vous proposer des purées de pdt liquides au safran pour accompagner une caille rôtie à la perfection. Une cuisine italienne orchestrée par un jeune chef una maestro. Un hôtel 3 étoiles luxe oui, mais 4 étoiles non. Les prix qui changent tous les jours en fonctions des manifestations Parisennes Un léger désagrément à l'annonce d'une résa Booking.com. La chambre décrite par l hôtel n'était pas celle allouée à l'arrivée.

Mijn partner en ik hebben een super verblijf gehad in Parijs. Spijtig dat het zo kort was, maar toch, zeker de moeite waard. De jacuzzi, het bed, de kamer .. Gewoon alles heeft ons echt doen genieten.

C'est ma pire expérience dans un hotel et pourtant je voyage énormémént, personnel incompétent et antipathique, chambre glaciale (chauffage ne fonctionnant quasiment pas, arrivée à 14.50 sachant que les chambres sont disponibles à partir de 15.oo, aucune explication , on m'a fait attendre très froidement, aucun sourire!!!Expérience malheureuse et je n'y retournerai pour rien au monde!!!!
