Stayed only one night Perfect value for money Wi-Fi had very good speed
Elevator did not work in the morning but was not an issue
Very close to metro subway Very small rome but very clean Staf were helpful
Internet was a disaster
Close to the underground, easy to get around, nice staff and extremely cosy room
I did try to connect my laptop to work and never managed.
The design. Fireplace in the lobbyhas been warking duering all the time of visit.
The room was so small that to open the door need to push the bed. The bed in double room was short and uncomfortable. Towel heater (cold bath), table lamp didn't work. Bath, sink needs repairement as well.
Wifi is chonic!
boutique hotel, nice deco, good location for this area
cover bed not neat.....
Comfortable and airy room
- heating system did not work throughout our 6 nights stay - wi-fi was really slow and didn't work for more than a day
calm, kind staff
no wifi in room ("technical problem" apparently), stair in duplex had sharp metal edges
Good location, near metro and bus station. Good price. A lot of restaurants near the hotel.
The proximity to shops and intracity transport lines was very convenient.
The place is not a four star.. The room was dirty, dark and small. The images they sent me of the room I was buying were not of the room I bought. I was told I needed to top at least 60 or 100 euro to get it.... ???? I explained my dissatisfaction with the room immediately after seeing it but was told I could complain to the manager on Monday... I arrived on a Friday and was leaving on Sunday. Wifi is non existent in the rooms. I was working while on this trip and had to go downstairs to the main foyer in order to access the internet. They said room service was available 24/7... it took 20mins or so to get a corckskrew and they was absolutely nothing to eat in the hotel at night except M&Ms and pringles. I m not what room service was supposed to do. I asked for some dinner and was directed to the many restaraunts nearby....
Room was nice, bathroom beautiful and clean. Lobby was smart and staff very helpful.
No wifi in room and not fixed during stay. Room too hot. No kettle. Breakfast €14.50 which is far too expensive
There was no wifi in the room.
1. They had no WIFI in the rooms. Only in the lobby. Even in the lobby it was very unstable. The hotel staff said that their ISP doesn't work in the whole district for more then one week (so, they have no WIFI for more than a week). I do not believe them. How their lobby WIFI works, even unstable? How is it possible not to have WIFI for so long time in 21 century? I think, they just don't care to push someone to fix it. 2. This hotel has no parking - only public parking on the street and underground garage a block away. 3. The rooms are too small.
Location Pleasant staff Lovely room
Noise level from outside on one of the nights
Good staff, Good cleaning servicce but the hotel need a mantainance. Good location, safe in terms of security.
The Hotel doesn't look like a 4 star one. The breakfast is expensive in my point of view. The bar consumables are paid but i was not notified with regard to this until my check out day. Hotel Laundry Service very expensive as well.
Location is good near metro station The stuff very helpful The hotel close to supermarket, restaurants,
-Very comfortable, luxurious rooms -Helpfull and very friendly staff -Well sorted and tasty breakfast buffet -Good location. Close to the river Seine (15 min walk) -Good wi-fi connection -Well sorted minibar -Luxury products in the bathroom
-No parking in front of the hotel. There's a parking garage close by... expensive. -Expensive rooms
-great bathroom with jetted tub/shower -spacious room -close to train stops -cafe's and restaurants to choose from -bank machine on the corner -grocery, pharmacy very close -wifi in the room
-glass wall around the tub area may not be for everyone
Near the train station staff were friendly map given and explained on arrival
I got stuck in the lift in the first 20 mins of being in the hotel I had to move rooms as the person next door was coughing so much it sounded so loud in my room, the walls are very thin no room service even at 8pm, no notice to when room service could be available one English tv channel AC didn't work Beds very uncomfortable definitely not a 4 star hotel, I stayed at a 3 star and it was way better you have to pay to iron your clothes, no clothes come from the suitcase in perfect condition no tea or coffee facilities in the room no safe in the room
Location, staff, wi-fi,...
No wi-fi in room No porters No parking Smells of mould
Central location, just near Metro. Staff is nice and you can request service at later hours if you're too sleepy to wake up early. 24h open reception again really nice. Would go there again!
Our double room had two beds instead of a double bed and they were annoyingly moving apart from eachother all the time.
Sehr hilfsbereit Personal insbesonderes am Reception. The best was the guy from Haiti and the lady called Amanda
