Central location, just near Metro. Staff is nice and you can request service at later hours if you're too sleepy to wake up early. 24h open reception again really nice. Would go there again!
Our double room had two beds instead of a double bed and they were annoyingly moving apart from eachother all the time.
Clean, easy to get around a safe and friendly neighbourhood (close to metro stations), lovely and helpful staff, funky vibe.
Breakfast was expensive and limited.
The location and the price.
The dimension of the bedroom is not according to a 4 star hotel. The bathroom is incredibly small. The shower is the smallest i've ever seen. Bad mattress.
Proximity to Metro.
Definately not a 4 star hotel. Room size too small for the amount of Furniture it has. Lamps didnt work, Electric points also didnt work well. Although the property is close to Metro, the Metro itself is 20 mins away from main locations. No obvious board or Sign of Hotel on the road.
Might as well have slept on the floor. Bed horrible. Slow internet and most tv channels don't work
Lack of food and micro waves in the rooms
Location was really good near two metro stations. Fairly good local amenities. Rooms fairly good and pleasant. Approachable staff.
Wifi was quite poor in our room location. Room being made up everyday but bath tub was not clean enough.
Location was good near jardin des plantes and a metro station. Communications between staff was remarkable, you can be sure if put a notice any staff in duty will be aware of and try to help.
Lightning in rooms was very weak.
very close to campo-Formio metro station beautiful hotel with great service very good WIFI
Hairs in the bathroom, holes in the bed cover, poor quality of sleep, when you open the door it systematically hits the bed. Rooms are tiny.
In Center of Paris
Very small room
Staff was very helpful and changed the booked rooms to another, better room because the air conditioner wasn't working. Location was great, two different metro lines in walking distance (about 5 minutes), a discount supermarket was infront of the hotel, good bakery around the corner
The air conditioning didn't work in one of the booked rooms. Matresses were a little bit too hard. No door for closing the bathroom in the maisonette room.
The location is perfect because The hotel is between two metro stations ! All the staff are very kind and helped us in that if you ask them. The room is very beautiful with retro style and very very warm ! +++++++ If i go again in paris i will stay again in that hotel !
The bathroom was too small and does not suit me at all to go toilet .
Duplex gave us plenty of room as a family, although the stairs where a little sharp on bare feet Huge bathroom and separate toilet great for families Upstairs was roomy and comfortable Location was great a little out if the main centre and we loved it
Not far away from city centre.
No parking, Internet was poor
Good location, near to the metro.
Bad wifi and we could hardly flesh the toliet.
Location was fairly close to Place d'Italie where my conference took place.
For the negatives, where do I begin? I booked a double room at a 4 star hotel. Note that we saw two rooms. ***Facilities:*** Heating/cooling system was broken, always blowing *very* cold air. 4 out of 6 lights were broken, including bed light, desk lamp and bathroom (which luckily had another spotlight working). With all lighs on, the room appeared lit by candle light, extremely dim. The window air vent (small grill at the top of window) had no cap, so we could not close/open it, nor filter the outside noise, i.e. cars, and police+ambulances which in Paris are like cyclists in Netherlands. ***Staff:*** Staff can be dangerous to your health, and was the rudest and ignorant I've ever met -- keep in mind this is a 4-star hotel, and that I do travel and I've seen my share. Before the first night I tried to make them understand that it's freezing in the room and that we need a solution to the broken heating system. They refused to give us a different room (claimed they are all booked, which was a lie according to online availability, and the wall full of keys), they refused to give us extra blankets, they refused to give us an external heater, they refused to call the manager or someone who could look into the issue ... He was also getting snappy and sarcastic, e.g. when prompted what would he do if there is an emergency in the hotel given he claimed there was no one to call, he replied "I call the police or the fire brigade, do you want me to make fire in your room?" All we got was that they noted the issue for the next day for the technician. Completely oblivious to the fact that we would freeze during the night (which we did). The next day we left early and came back at noon, I asked to speak to the manager who was (i) unaware of the problem (there was no note of the reported problem) and (ii) only said "sorry" but didn't offer any compensation.
Price excallent. Location convenient for my purposes, with Metro travel
The location, the decoration
Poor choice of breakfast, dirty sheets, expensive
location was close to metro and buses, cafes close by and laundromat in same same street.
wifi non-existant in our room, 3rd floor last on landing, had to go down to foyer to use it. rooms very small, bathroom needs maintenance, door handle falling off.
Location of the hotel the cleanless and quit
good location near metro
only very weak wifi signal... had to check my emails standing in a corner of the room!
Everything was very nice, clean and confortable
I didnt know that at the end you must pay a tax for staying
Very well located. Very good compromise between quality and price.
Staff unable to provide 2 connecting rooms as booked. Internet not working!
