The staff was very welcoming. We arrived at 6:00 AM on an early flight. Although our room was not ready, they arranged a smaller room for us to rest until our room was ready. Staff is personable and attentive. The location is perfect, one of the loveliest parts of Paris. Restaurant was excellent; missed breakfast though as it was not included. The Lutetia is interesting in terms of history and architecture. The decor and holiday celebrations were delightful.

The location is perfect, right in the heart of Paris. This was certainly not the 4 start standing one would expect. The room was extremely small and this was supposed to be a superior room, and the bathroom out of date. Breakfast was comparable to a 2 star hotel. There has been a "laissez aller" that will be in the long run detrimentable to this hotel.

nice and welcoming stuff, very good breakfast. Sometimes is takes quite long for the front office to answer.The rooms need to be renovated ASAP, especially the bathrooms they correspond to a 3star hotel level.

I really enjoyed and appreciated the staff at the reception. They were eager to help. Service to the rooms was fast and staff was pleasant. The cleaning staff was incredibly kind too and very good at making the room. The location of The Lutetia is beautiful, close to Rue du Cherche-Midi and Saint Germain. Also a stone throw away from Le Bonmache and La Grande Epicerie. The staff at the bar at night (the bar at the back) were rude and didn't seem to care, they had attitude. The staff at the same bar during the day (for coffee etc) were very professional and gave good service.

Housekeeping very good attitude, helpful. For foodies, hotel is nearby La Grande Epicerie de Paris! Altogetheer great location. Room service prices fair (for a major city). On hot summer days, top floor rooms uncomfortable and cooled only by loud floor-standing aircon units.

the location and the restaurant rooms are poorly furnished, the bathroom is as ancient as the hotel, the smell in the room due to the old furnish forces one to sleep with the windows open even if the weather is not always friendly. I guess the hotel needs refurbishing asap

What a gem! We booked Lutetia online, blind, & whole experience fantastic. Room spotless, airy, & gorgeous, staff fantastic, super-convenient (right be metro Sevres-Babylone, walk to Montparnasse or D'Orsay), just lovely.

I liked the art deco design, the location at Saint-Germain in the heart of Paris. Even the room was old it was clean. The general ambiance of the hotel remembers us the movie "Shining". The price was low for 3 days we stay in the hotel. The woman at the front desk was not professional, she couldn't find our booking.com reservation. After asking help to another man who didn't care about her and us...They finally find after 20mns...The reservation was made at the name of my girlfriend...They look me like it was my fault...We ordered a creme brulee to our room, even it was delicious, it takes a long time to come. If you have a car, there is just one valet in the front , it takes a long time to get back your car...
