What a gem! We booked Lutetia online, blind, & whole experience fantastic. Room spotless, airy, & gorgeous, staff fantastic, super-convenient (right be metro Sevres-Babylone, walk to Montparnasse or D'Orsay), just lovely.

Location, location location..!!!! St. Germain probably the best area to stay in Paris. Its upscale, classy with good restaurants and shops. When booking get the Deluxe room at the Lutetia, because older deluxe rooms (some of them are 100 years old) almost triple the size of the new remodeled ones, those older rooms makes you feel like you own the apartment in the Paris. !!! Hotel has a beautiful art deco design and the staff is very friendly and nice. No complaints at all !!!

The staff was polite and no waiting time at reception No bidet in the bathroom (in a 4 star hotel in France!) The allegedly famous 1 Michelin starred restaurant was closed for holidays during our stay - this had not been announced on the website. Breakfast was not included in the high room rate, and cost min 28 Euro in the brasserie, where hotel guests queued to get a table. The interior decor, which was announced as being a fine example of art nouveau was a tasteless confused mixture of styles.

I liked the location of the hotel, the size of the room, the friendliness of the staff, the comfort of the bed and the quiet of the room. A substantial amount of water leaked from the shower onto the bathroom floor every time my wife or I took a shower.

I liked the art deco design, the location at Saint-Germain in the heart of Paris. Even the room was old it was clean. The general ambiance of the hotel remembers us the movie "Shining". The price was low for 3 days we stay in the hotel. The woman at the front desk was not professional, she couldn't find our booking.com reservation. After asking help to another man who didn't care about her and us...They finally find after 20mns...The reservation was made at the name of my girlfriend...They look me like it was my fault...We ordered a creme brulee to our room, even it was delicious, it takes a long time to come. If you have a car, there is just one valet in the front , it takes a long time to get back your car...

I requested an early wake up call 7:30 am as I had a train reservation out of town. Not only did I not get the call, but in my very rushed check out the staff did not even apologize or make an effort to expedite my departure

The location is perfect, right in the heart of Paris. This was certainly not the 4 start standing one would expect. The room was extremely small and this was supposed to be a superior room, and the bathroom out of date. Breakfast was comparable to a 2 star hotel. There has been a "laissez aller" that will be in the long run detrimentable to this hotel.

The location, but nothing else. Very very very overpriced hotel - The people behind the reception are very snobby and gives a stupid figure of the image and the hotel. Old hotel but needs very big renovations. Not happy with the odor of the suite and the carpet was very ugly. The super small bathroom was very cheap. Next time in Paris will be in the hotel George v or The Crillon

Great location; good meeting areas for work and conference rooms Room was large but felt bare and cold. I was told I had a room 'with a magnificent view of street and was assured it was not noisy'. It was terribly noisy and the traffic went on the whole night! I hardly slept at all.
