それぞれのスタッフの方は概ね誠実に対応してくださったのはありがたかったが、客にとって分かりにくかった- り、仕事としても非効率なのでは？と感じるところががあり気になった。ホテルの外観は周囲のランドマークに- なるような雰囲気があり夜は特に綺麗でパリらしい趣を感じることができた。部屋は歴史を感じる鶯張りのよう- な床だったので、夜歩く際に上下フロアへ響くのではないかと気になったが、上下左右からの騒音は全く気にな- らず静かに滞在できた。

ハウスキーピングには不満が残った。ツインにエキストラベッドを入れて3人で宿泊。備品はすべて2人分だっ- たため、翌日メモ書きで枕やルームシューズの人数分の補充を依頼したが、結局補充はなされなかった。依頼を- しなくても、エキストラベッド分の枕が足りていないことは見ればわかる状況だと思う。約1週間滞在なかで、- タオル以外はすべて2人分しか部屋には用意してもらえなかった。フランスではそういうものだったのか？2回- も依頼するのが不快だったため督促はしなかったが呆れた。ウェルカムフルーツを食べたら、残りがあるのに翌- 日は食器がすべて下げられていた。ハウスキーピングに電話したところ食器はルームサービスへと言われ、掛け- 直しをさせられた。掃除した時に客が過ごし易い状況を考え整えるのがハウスキーピングの仕事ではないのか？- 掃除だけがここでは仕事のように感じられた。また、グラスを3人分依頼したら、用意してもらえたが、翌日は- 入れ替えもしてもらえず、使用後のグラスが置きっぱなしにされていた。フランスでは依頼しないとグラスの交- 換すらしてもらえないのか？また、どこかの部屋から下げた食器が夕方以降も(18時か19時)廊下に置かれ- たまま片付けられていなかった。見かけたのは1回だけではなかった。そのような扱いをされたグラスを使用し- ているのかと思うと気持ち悪かった。

The Lutetia is a wonder of history and design, in a great Paris neighborhood, with easy access to the metro, shopping, museums, etc. Facilities, food, and service were all excellent. Good value.

Scruffy carpets in the room. In need of a coat of paint on walls.

It has a beautiful and stylish interior and a superb brasserie. Elegant yet relaxed.

The bed was very comfortable. We had a room facing the courtyard so it was very quiet even though the hotel is on a busy street. The bathroom was clean, the towels nice and soft. The drapes were nice.

The carpet was very faded in our room - it needs to be replaced. Also the wallpaper was marked in places and there was only one picture on the wall, so all in all it was not well decorated. The lobby of the hotel is very ostentatious, breakfasts are ridiculously expensive and yet the rooms do not live up to this standard.

Beautiful public spaces, beautiful exterior, perfect location, spacious rooms and bathrooms, welcoming and helpful staff, marvelous views from exterior rooms. Some may find the rather spare aesthetic of the rooms too plain, but for me that's a welcome, restful, relief from the fussiness of many other French and British hotels.

The only flaw I've noticed is that the rooms aren't always in perfect condition - the occasional chipped or cracked tile in the bathrooms, wallpaper occasionally starting to open at the seams, etc. - but this is trivial. I've stayed there five times and have no hesitation in doing so again.

the hotel is very well located to take a tour of the city without having to take the metro. staff very friendly. internet free.

i just think the value for money was not worth. for 50 euros less per room per night it wuold have been fair.

Loved the location and the size of the rooms are fantastic compared to hotel rooms in London.

Location is excellent, room was quiet. Service was good

Breakfast is expensive but most importantly we had to cue up the first day at 9:30, and hence went out the next days. Toilettes in the lobby need a face lift.

Competent high class hotel.

Staff do not understand English as well as they believe.

The rugs in the halls and entrance were a little shabby, but that's really all ; I would highky recommend this hotel ..
