Localização excelente, vista do quarto, autenticidade, edifício muito bonito, funcionários muito prestáveis e aptos a responder a todos os pedidos. Serviço de babysiting muito deficiente. |

A gentileza dos fucnionários, a limpeza dos quartos. O Hotel precisa de uma reforma geral em alguns quartos ,e também a recepção fica sem atendendimento a noite. |

The Lutetia is a wonder of history and design, in a great Paris neighborhood, with easy access to the metro, shopping, museums, etc. Facilities, food, and service were all excellent. Good value. |

I liked the decor, the beds, the location, the bathroom. The brasserie host and one of the concierge staff were less than helpful but that was it. |

The bed was very comfortable. We had a room facing the courtyard so it was very quiet even though the hotel is on a busy street. The bathroom was clean, the towels nice and soft. The drapes were nice. The carpet was very faded in our room - it needs to be replaced. Also the wallpaper was marked in places and there was only one picture on the wall, so all in all it was not well decorated. The lobby of the hotel is very ostentatious, breakfasts are ridiculously expensive and yet the rooms do not live up to this standard. |

Beautifully designed hotel, large room, good location, on the crossing point of two métro lines. Our car was parked by the hotel staff in the nearby public garage for a rate which was higher than the (weekend-) rate of the garage if we had parked our car privately. |

Beautiful public spaces, beautiful exterior, perfect location, spacious rooms and bathrooms, welcoming and helpful staff, marvelous views from exterior rooms. Some may find the rather spare aesthetic of the rooms too plain, but for me that's a welcome, restful, relief from the fussiness of many other French and British hotels. The only flaw I've noticed is that the rooms aren't always in perfect condition - the occasional chipped or cracked tile in the bathrooms, wallpaper occasionally starting to open at the seams, etc. - but this is trivial. I've stayed there five times and have no hesitation in doing so again. |

Advantageous location in the city heart. Easily accessible by road and rail (Metro). Fair rate. Room renovation (floor, furniture..) is overdue!! |

the hotel is very well located to take a tour of the city without having to take the metro. staff very friendly. internet free. i just think the value for money was not worth. for 50 euros less per room per night it wuold have been fair. |

The staff were very friendly and location is excellent for sight seeing. The delux bedrooms are fab - very big for Paris. A mouse ran across the lounge area which was a bit off. Bathroom had hairs on floor and sink from previous guest and was a bit off putting. Not sure it would rate as a 4 star in other countries.The bathroom was a bit chipboard looking with messy paint work |

Location is excellent, room was quiet. Service was good Breakfast is expensive but most importantly we had to cue up the first day at 9:30, and hence went out the next days. Toilettes in the lobby need a face lift. |
