The room is extremely cold
staff was cooperative and when i came back in the evening i found my room in full clean mode. i liked it.
when i reached at 12:30am,doors of hotels were closed, i called on phone but no one receive my call after 10 minutes i found door bell and then a person came and give me key for room. at least hotel management should mention on door that if door is closed then give door bell.
Staff were helpful. Lots of tourist info in foyer. Fantastic location for Opera Bastille. Quiet street. Clean bedrooms. Clean bathrooms. Plenty of hot water. Small double room, triple was decent size. Would definitely stay again as good value for money.
Had to request more towels. We had been given 2 bath and 1 hand towel between 5 of us, in two rooms! Plumbing from other rooms was a bit noisy. Would have loved a kettle in room as no machine and no bar.
Fair sized room which was warm.
We stayed 3 nights. Bed was only made once, bath and sink had no plug and water was at best tepid. Niosey at night and staff were not friendly or helpful.
The location is very good, in Paris city center, especially for the price paid.
The main issue was the bed: it was very old, the smell of pillow, sheets, mattress... was awful.
The nearest hotel to Gare de Lyon Station with affordable price
Everything looks old and not that clean
The hotel is located in the centre of Paris, all facilities are very close. The bathroom was nice and clean. THe hotel had an elevator, which is a little small, but you don't have to carry your luggage al the way up the stairs.
We were told we could enter our room around 12 oclock. When we arrived at the hoter al 1 oclock our room was still a mess from earlier guests and it wasn't cleaned.
Good hotel for good value. Nice, clean room, quiet in the night time. Clean bathroom.
Very poor breakfast for the price 7 Eur, not good wi-fi, staff not very friendly.
It is very convenient for the Bastille area. The room and bathroom were clean
The bed was very hard
Very friendly, english speaking reception. Near to many major atractions by feet. Metro station is about 5min away. Very Quiet. Many shops in the area. Gare de Lyon is about 10min away. Sunday morning there is a market in the near of Bastille.
The lift was small. Wifi connection was not the fastest, but it was usable, and it was free.
room was comfortable...
Petit déjeuner was a rip off for 7.00 euro...
Great location. Room is very clean and it is not loud during the night. I was alone and I loved it
My friend was not allowed to enter my room. Not ever for 5min
Accesss was easy to bus and restaurant
My bed was not comfortable
I usually do not use strong words but this doesn't fully describe my expression. The initial impression was poor, the owner of the hotel was extremely rude and unhelpful. Once in the room there were stains on the bed cover and hair strands in between the sheets. The bathroom was generally clean but the bin was not emptied or clean. The wifi did not work, neither did the TV. This was a revolting stay
The hotel was inferior. There was no wifi. Staff kept telling me to enter a set op passwords, which I did then they gave me a new set of passwords that didn't work either. Then they gave me one of the passwords they had already given me that still did not work. Could never connect once to wifi. In short, the place was a real dive. Would not recommend to anyone!
Wifi was only available on the first floor and one spot in my room. I would not recommend this hotel if you need wifi.
WIFI is not working. Cleanliness is poor
When we first arrived, they gave us the wrong room key. Immediately they gave us the correct room key. Our room wasn't clean yet so we had to just leave our luggage and go explore the city while it was being cleaned. The main reason we chose this hotel was because I needed wi-fi for work related purposes. The wi-fi not only didn't work, but the gentleman working told us "it was not his problem". When I told him I specifically chose the hotel for wi-fi, he again told us it wasn't his problem and he didn't care my reason for choosing the hotel. He was rude, the rooms weren't very clean, the comforter had big holes in it, the walls in the bathroom had hair stuck on the wall from the previous guests. This hotel was not worth the very inexpensive money we paid for it. I would never stay here again and I would caution anyone to never stay here either.
Near Gare de Lyon and Bastille, surprisingly comfortable and quiet, even had a lift which is not usual for Paris hotels.
I only stayed about 7 hours between trains, but nothing was bad.
It was a short stay but my experience in the Hotel was just great that I have no negative comment
the room is big and clean
the bed is broken
Small local hotel with quick access to main tourist attractions, restaurants and transportation. Renovations are being made so some things are really nice (bathrooms) and some not so great (carpets).
The tv was set way up high so you couldn't see the lcd picture at the right angle. Wifi instructions missing from the room and not obvious how to connect. Desk staff did not speak much English compared to other hotels but they were very helpful.
staff is rude
