Great location. Bed bugs all through my bed - hideous. Woke at 3am covered in bites, have discovered I'm allergic to them, and the swelling is just going down 3 days later. Was given another room and a small discount but only at my request. This hotel needs a damn good clean. |

The reason for staying there was simply to be as close as possible to Gare de Lyon for an early departure. For that purpose, it was fine. |

It was near to the Bastille, and in a good location to reach a number of tourism objects in a 10-20 minute go. Light was not very bright, not fit for extended reading. |

The location is very good - close to Bastille metro station. The hotel staff speaks little to no English, though they try to be helpful. The elevator is small even for 1 person. The TV set in my room was broken down and was fixed to 1 channel. The bathroom was in a poor condition but fairly clean. |

The fact that the bathroom was large and there was extra pillows. 24/7 open in the reception (a guy sleeping by the entrance...) dirty wall to wall carpets. worn down. |

Very little. My room was quiet and had cnn. Dirty carpet. Dirty bathroom. Awful flourescent lighting in the lobby. |

The location is great, very easy to reach any of sights within some minutes. The room is plain and clean, everything is pretty okay for this money. |

Just good location The staff is not friendly! The rooms were not tidy.The staff doesn't speak english!!the room was full of dust like it wasn't cleaned for a month.The bathroom wasn't clean and didn't make any disinvection!when we went back to hotel on the first day the towels were not changed and we didn't find any toilet paper!!And we found our beds the same as we left them |

location everything needed to be improved. we were given a room that wasn't even cleaned so we had to complain. on one of the days that we had left the room, the cleaner had opened our window and kept it opened. |

close to one central point (Bastille) + nice green walk area was close unconfortable room planning, a bit too cool and no change to heat it, I heard the neighbours talking/their TV and a bird was living and scrabbling in the bath-room's ventilator hole :) (the last thing was rather funny). Most disturbing: internet did not function most of the time: too weak signal or switching out! |

The hotel was very quiet at night making it easy to sleep. The staff were helpful and friendly. The state of the bathroom was not good. The floor mat/towel was dirty and needed to be replaced. Water was dripping from the ceiling on the first day. |
