Accesss was easy to bus and restaurant
My bed was not comfortable
I usually do not use strong words but this doesn't fully describe my expression. The initial impression was poor, the owner of the hotel was extremely rude and unhelpful. Once in the room there were stains on the bed cover and hair strands in between the sheets. The bathroom was generally clean but the bin was not emptied or clean. The wifi did not work, neither did the TV. This was a revolting stay
The hotel was inferior. There was no wifi. Staff kept telling me to enter a set op passwords, which I did then they gave me a new set of passwords that didn't work either. Then they gave me one of the passwords they had already given me that still did not work. Could never connect once to wifi. In short, the place was a real dive. Would not recommend to anyone!
Wifi was only available on the first floor and one spot in my room. I would not recommend this hotel if you need wifi.
WIFI is not working. Cleanliness is poor
When we first arrived, they gave us the wrong room key. Immediately they gave us the correct room key. Our room wasn't clean yet so we had to just leave our luggage and go explore the city while it was being cleaned. The main reason we chose this hotel was because I needed wi-fi for work related purposes. The wi-fi not only didn't work, but the gentleman working told us "it was not his problem". When I told him I specifically chose the hotel for wi-fi, he again told us it wasn't his problem and he didn't care my reason for choosing the hotel. He was rude, the rooms weren't very clean, the comforter had big holes in it, the walls in the bathroom had hair stuck on the wall from the previous guests. This hotel was not worth the very inexpensive money we paid for it. I would never stay here again and I would caution anyone to never stay here either.
Near Gare de Lyon and Bastille, surprisingly comfortable and quiet, even had a lift which is not usual for Paris hotels.
I only stayed about 7 hours between trains, but nothing was bad.
It was a short stay but my experience in the Hotel was just great that I have no negative comment
the room is big and clean
the bed is broken
Small local hotel with quick access to main tourist attractions, restaurants and transportation. Renovations are being made so some things are really nice (bathrooms) and some not so great (carpets).
The tv was set way up high so you couldn't see the lcd picture at the right angle. Wifi instructions missing from the room and not obvious how to connect. Desk staff did not speak much English compared to other hotels but they were very helpful.
staff is rude
It is really convenient, the metro line 1 is only 5 mins, you can go almost anywhere along line 1. You can also take metro line 5 to nord rail station directly. I do really enjoy my journey!
Location. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby, metro 5 minute walk.
Typical cheap Parisian hotel, no service, small dirty rooms. Incredibly unpleasant receptionist. No left luggage service. Noise of nearby disco until 5AM. Didn't expect much though, chose it for budget price and location.
The hotel is located at bastille, which has a metro line connecting you to major sight points. While from an access point of view it is convenient, but it is not value for money.
Staff only spoke French, so language barrier, getting connected to wifi was difficult, room was dark and dingy.
good position.yet no wifi
They offered me to leave my luggage after checked out until coming back from my tour before leaving Paris.
Comfort i had 2 nights, couldn't sleep, at first night there a lady kept screaming at last time at night for around 15 minutes, i was even scared i didn't understand why and nobody in the hotel took an action. Rooms are so close to each other so it's easy for someone to get lost and try opening your door by mistake. Furniture is very old and blanket was having burned spots. Room was so cold.
Good deal bathroom clean light traffic car in the street
no explanation for wifi no door code given for night coming back matress very used
located between Bastille and Lyon station, but more near to Bastille, about 8-10mins walk to metro; room is good and comfortable; staff are friendly. but the hot water for drink was provided on request, so it's not convenient to always ask the staff to boil and take from a very inner area. Wifi is not work, had to go other place to search =for wifi
The hotel is an easy walk from the Gare de Lyon and located on a quiet side street. The bathroom is large enough and there was a double bed.
On a Saturday night, if you leave your window open, you will hear the passersby coming back from the bars. The bed was sunken in the middle. The elevator was just large enough for one large luggage and one person.
The first person at the reception was helpful, the second not at all. The cleaner was friendly.
Internet was very difficult and near to a desaster. Only the first receptionist was helpful. The room was small and humid with some muld in the air.
Very dimly lit, most of the lights did not work. Extremely cramped with 3 beds put together, side by side. We checked out after the first night. Unable to control the heat and could not leave the window open since unsafe alley way. We were not able to get our second night cancelled so they kept our second night $. We would like to get out second night $ back. Please refund it to my credit card. I would not ever recommend this hotel. The hotel staff were not helpful and were rude. The bed linens were torn. Many lights were burned out and needed new bulbs. No breakfast either.
Good price and localisation. Clean and spacious room. Silence.
The hotel is very Close to Railway Station. Less than 10 mins walk from hotel to station.
One female Staff is not very helpful. When I check in and asked if there was any supermarkets or shops I can buy food and umbrella ( heavy rain that day), she just said no shops were opened in holiday. But actually, there are some shops open near by. A small grocery shop I can buy water and coke. A souvenir shop I can buy umbrella !! a fastfood shop I can have lunch. The staff is not willing to help and answer any questions. When my umbrella was broken a bit and asked her if she has some sticker/tape and she just said no. Very disappointed to the attitude of this staff.
